Staff was very polite and helpful.overall very good experience. Hotel is located opposite the main train and metro station with very good transport link. Main centre is around half an hour walk

Expedia made a complete shambles of the booking process which led to the hotel asking for an additional fee even though a reservation was made over 4 months before my trip. This left me and my family stranded. The check-in staff and manager were uncooperative.

Our room was so so dirty! As other reviewers have mentioned, the carpet was absolutely filthy! The bathroom was so much smaller than on the pictures and was also in poor condition, the waterfall shower did not even work. The so called ‘city view’ was a tiny window overlooking nothing. We were very disappointed to see the room, it was nothing like the pictures. Living there for a week was so unbearable as the room was in such poor condition. Although, the staff were nice, it doesn’t change the fact the rooms were so dirty!

Good for family’s - very good hotel 7/10
After seeing various bad reviews I was anxious on how the hotel would be but to be honest the hotel was very very good. We were 9 people who stayed there for 4 nights and to wasn’t disappointed at all. Excellent staff that go the extra mile … good stable Wi-Fi… good comfortable beds…. Lovely lounge area. Beautiful view from terrace. The best thing about the hotel is it’s location. The hotel is extremely close to all public transport services which is very convenient. Breakfast needs to be improved. The only negative thing about this hotel is that there is a non iron policy due to previous guests burning carpets and bedding sheets by not taking precaution whilst ironing.

2nd time in this hotel. First time I had a nice large room on the 2nd floor. This time very disappointed. 6th floor, tiny room with a small bed and a very uncomfortable mattress. I asked for change and they refused.

The carpet in the room doesn't make a comfortable impression.there are no minimal amenities like cups and water.Receptiin people help you but sure they go for the pricy side of bookings We had chosen this because of its location at the center.Breakfast has very minimal options

Probably the best hotel in this area.
It’s a very nice hotel, with very polite and helpful staff. Location for transport is excellent. It’s in a lively, safe neighbourhood. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast has a huge range of items, with fresh salads, breads, fruit as well as hot breakfast food. Overall it’s great value for money.

A great place to stay
Very comfortable hotel. Nice spacious room. Modern clean bathroom. Good sized fridge. Clean sheets and towels. Decent hot and cold breakfast. Very very convenient for metro, safe neighborhood, lots of cafes and restaurants. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Strongly recommended.

I wouldn’t return
The front desk was very moody and they seemed they did not want to work, first impressed. The housekeeping did not understand “no house keeping sign” and invaded the room anytime and you technically had no privacy. Even when they cleaned the room, they did not clean the sink just the sheets were prepared. The area where the hotel is situated is convenient to shops but it’s an area I would want to visit. Random people purposely trying to bump into you, follow you and stare at you, not comfortable at all. But a plus point would be the ladies at the kitchen with great service. I don’t believe it’s were the amount you pay for per night. Cheers to the breakfast team, the ladies did a great job and probably the kitchen supervisor visiting also made sure everything is going smooth and also to the runner guys helping with luggage were very helpful as well. It does say non smoking but people in their rooms are smoking and it’s seeping to other rooms through vents and through room but no one is questioning, need to put charges for people to follow the rules and signs.

Very clean and nice place to stay. The staff were very helpful and we have a great time staying. As a computer engineer i would suggest the hotel to combine all wifi point into one network so where ever one is it connects. Also the network could be much better. Since we had portable wifi hotspot with us we didnt use it as the internet in the room didnt work at times. But our over all experience at the hotel was brilliant and would suggest it ti any one. Have metro train and tram stations near by make it an ideal place if you want to go places.

Absolutely Horrible
The hotel was NOTHING like the pictures, from the room to the area, I was SHOCKED when I entered the room, the blankets were towel material, there weren't any curtains that fully covered the room, and the lights would not turn on and off well. Not to mention the area, absolutley disgusting, if you have a family, DO NOT GET THIS HOTEL, it is near a very sketch area and the place is disgusting. Not to mention, the wall near the windows was FULL OF MISQUTOES and my daughter was getting stung to the toes. During our stay, our roof started LEAKING and when we reported this to reception they gave us bucket, not even calling someone to fix it. At 9 am, they started doing construction on the room above us which woke us all up and was VERY disturbing. Do not get this hotel if you want to actually relax as I was tence throughout.
