From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the warmth and professionalism of the staff was unmistakable. Ismail and Cenk greeted us with genuine smiles, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. However, it was Özlem Çalışkan, the guest services manager, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Her beaming smile and supportive demeanor during check-in immediately made us feel welcome and valued.
To our delightful surprise, Özlem’s kindness didn’t stop there. She thoughtfully sent us a bottle of exquisite wine and a scrumptious dessert to our room, adding a touch of luxury and personalization to our stay. This thoughtful gesture was not only heartwarming but also showcased the hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest service.
The excellence extended beyond the front desk. The housekeeping team deserves a standing ovation for their impeccable attention to cleanliness and detail. Our room was a sanctuary of hygiene and comfort, meticulously maintained to ensure a serene and spotless environment. It was evident that the team takes great pride in their work, contributing significantly to the overall quality of our stay.
