Wonderful hotel!!! Walking distance to all the major sites in the city like the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. The hotel itself was modern, clean and everything you could want from a city break. Highly recommend!

The hotel was brilliant! Everything was walking distance away. There are lots of restaurants just outside the door step. All staff was very helpful, booked all our excursions with just a few hours notice. Highly recommend staying here

We arrived on the 12th February. Denis along with his colleague were at the desk to great us. Staff have been really really helpful and made us feel welcomed. The hotel is situated in such a convenient place. We walked to the Great Blue Mosque, Sophia Mosque, The Great Mehmet Castle where he once lived and the Grand Bazaar! Honestly we didnt need to even get on the trams. Although if you wanted to its regular and near by to Alilass Hotel. Alilass is the place to stay especially if your a couple. Amazing food and shisha places around the hotel. I just want to say Thank you... to all the staff members for there kindness and for the amazing stay!

Great location!!!
The location was awesome! Minutes away from the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Would've gave 5 stars if only they soundproof their room well. Space is a bit tiny and no elevator. Breakfast was great.

This hotel is outstanding in every way except for the size of the rooms. The location is steps away from the main sites of interest and numerous restaurants. The hotel is modern, bright and clean. The breakfast room and the food are highly enjoyable. Most importantly the owners set a tone of friendly hospitality and service. We highly recommend this family run hotel.

An excellent family-run small hotel, which is ideally situated for exploring the delights of Istanbul. The staff are very efficient and friendly, providing many excellent suggestions to ensure their guests’ enjoyment of the city. The breakfast is great - lots of tasty options. Clean, modern rooms with everything you are likely to need. The few minor niggles we had on arrival (safe being left locked by previous guests, temperamental air con) were immediately and cheerfully fixed. Thoroughly recommended.

Fab staff - especially Gozda on reception. Lovely breakfast (best eggs ever!) in a pretty garden room. Super convenient location. Would very happily stay here again.

Very good location. Boutique hotel with great staff. They arranged the airport shuttle for us at a reasonable price (EUR 45). AC worked well and room was very clean.

Please be aware this is a foul floor hotel with NO ELEVATOR. There is someone who helps you carry your bags, but what if you could not go up the stairs. Rooms very very very small! The photos you see on Expedia are not reflective of the property. There is no terrace. Breakfast is less than impressive and is in a very small Gazebo with all the hotel guests around you- you can’t breathe. And it’s only from 8-10 and they do not replenish the food once it’s gone. The nicest thing about this hotel is the kid Abbas who Carries the bags upstairs and serves you breakfast and served you at the bar. One man operation !

I will stay here again
The courtyard is fabulous - a truly refreshing place to sit and unwind. The bedroom was adequate space for sleeping and clothes storage. The bathroom seems recently renovated and well designed. The breakfast buffet is served in a wonderful glass atrium. The service staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. The hotel is VERY close (3 blocks) to the Ayasofia and Blue Mosque. I used the airport taxi offered by Alilass Hotel. It was spacious, comfortable, and priced well.

Upon check-in, I was greeted with a genuine and warm welcome by the reception staff, setting a positive tone for my stay. One of the standout features of my stay was the impeccable cleanliness and tidiness of my room, thanks to the meticulous efforts of Aise and her housekeeping team. Every day, I returned to a spotless and neatly arranged room, complete with fresh linens and toiletries. The entire staff at Alilass Hotel deserves commendation for their professionalism and attentiveness. From the restaurant staff who served delectable meals to the concierge team who provided valuable recommendations for exploring the local area, the commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. What an incredible stay we had at Hotel Alilass! The staff was incredibly helpful and even helped me retrieve my phone that I accidentally left in the airport transfer! Additionally they helped arrange the transfer on short notice and helped us find great food despite our late arrival. Next time I’m at a hotel in Istanbul I hope they have vacancy because it was an incredible property to stay at.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The area is amazing, and the service at the hotel was very friendly. The only minor drawback was that it was uncomfortably hot, and we couldn't change the temperature in the room. Other than that, everything was great.
