Great location, safe convenient, breakfast was pretty decent excellent service and clean. I stayed with my niece and nephew they were very happy with buffet. I highly recommend it but Make sure check ur bill!!! Be careful with ur $$$!!! They try to make u confuse and charge u xta $$$!!!

Great location, with some issues
The hotel is in a great location on a relatively quiet street close to the major sites. Two issues to flag : 1-wifi in the room was pretty bad; 2- on at least three of the five nights I stayed there, I woke in the middle of the night to a very strong cigarette smell filling the room.

I liked the location and breakfast buffet. We booked the family room - bathroom in 1 bedroom was like an airplane toilet or worse. The room and bathroom were tired. Doors did not close. Also room is quite tight compared to EU standards.

The room is too small and hard t move around. Not the cleanest bathroom. I contacted the reception 4 times to fix the AC and or move me to a different room but they did react . I would not stay again here and if you do not care about sleeping in warm rooms or reception who won't react to your complaints then this is the place for you

Great location, overall good.
It was a clean hotel, the room was smaller than shown and importantly the double bed was two single mattresses put together which were very soft and uncomfortable and moved apart as soon as you laid in the bed. The service at breakfast was good and plenty of choices. A few times we had to ask for our coffee, tea and water to be replaced as it wasn't done when we had got back to our room from being out all day sight seeing.

We had a lovely stay during our 4 night trip. Very central to all the key sights in Sultanahmet - 10 or so minute walk to Gulhane park and Hagia Sofia. We also had used the spa for Hammam which id reccomend

Great property and location
The property is very nice and the bed and bath are comfortable and overall well equipped. The furnishings and details of construction in the rooms is a little substandard and old in appearance, but everything is functional and pleasant enough. The spa, including pool and whirlpool and exercise facility are superb and we enjoyed having a hamam there. The experience was wonderful from the sauna through the scrub, foam bath and massage were all well done, relaxing and exactly what we needed at the end of a 17 day trip before heading home. The location is excellent and we would choose it again. We also had a great evening meal in the restaurant and the breakfast was very good.

Brilliantly located hotel in centre of Istanbul within walking distance to all the best sightseeing spots in the European side of Istanbul. Extremely helpful and attentive hotel staff with 10/10 service. They very kindly helped me to arrange a lovely birthday package to present my friend as a surprise for her birthday. The package includes a three course dinner, birthday cake and lovely decorations in the room all for €69 which is brilliant value. Also had the best breakfast and dinner at the top of the hotel's restaurant Olive, which has a beautiful view of Istanbul's skyline that offers a great vantage point to watch the sunset. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a perfect stay in Istanbul.

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was great and the location was ideal. You’re right in the centre of everything and next to a tram station should you need to go out further. Staff were very friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend!

Hotel Yasmak Sultan is the only place I will stay from now on when in Istanbul! It is located adjacent to the walls of the Topkapi Palace in Central Sultanamet and about 50m to the tram that takes you across the Bosphorous River. The hotel is beautiful and the staff cannot do enough for you. The spa has a pool (swim bonnets required FYI), and there are spa packages available including the Sultan Package to get a Turkish Bath experience. The restaurant The Olive is on the rooftop and has a great selection of food and drinks with the most amazing view in Istanbul - overlooking the Bosphorous River and Galata Tower on one side, and the Hagia Sophia and turret of the Topkapi Palace on the other side. The service is top-notch with fast but informative check-in, a free Turkish Coffee in the Sultania cafe on the ground floor, and the spa staff is quite efficient. We stayed at another hotel in Sultanahmet that was twice the price and Hotel Yasmak Sultan is far better. Request a room on the 5th floor if you can - there is a bit of a view but you can walk up one flight of stairs to the restaurant for breakfast, dinner, or to sit in the cocktail lounge. I highly recommend it!

Nice and convenient place to stay in Istanbul. More vegetarian options for breakfast would have been good, however staff at restaurant were great and accomodating. Reception staff could be more helpful with information about the local area.

The staff were attentive & helpful, the only thing we found a slight inconvenience is that it was quite warm.in room. overall we had an.amazing time, i would recommend this hotel, great location, breakfast was great loads to choose from.
