With special thanks to Faroza and Yasir for making this a great stay. Yasir was extremely friendly and was good with my children. The only downside can’t swim with a shirt on would be nice to know this policy prior to booking.

Honestly, I was very disappointed in my stay here. I received the incorrect room. That room had stained carpet and smelled like cigarettes. I was told it was a non smoking hotel but there was an ash tray provided by the hotel in the room? The electricity would go in and out and the wifi was AWFUL. I would be disconnected every 5 minutes. The straw that broke the camels back is the refusal to refund me for a night I did not stay. And the pics look nothing like the hotel. Won’t be coming back

Great location for the hotel... the only reason why I stayed here was because of Lotiz which is an incredible restaurant on the 7th floor. The rooms were pretty good and they staff was clean and nice. Overall, great experience... it’s location is in the center of the city which is perfect!

Great property in the middle.. everything is around you. Very easy to commute, shop and great food all around. Check out the amazing 5 star restaurant available on the 7th floor of this hotel. Only issue I had was with this tall Egyptian dude wearing a suit.. he does not know how to talk to people. I think he was the manager but he is the worst I’ve ever came across. Terrible. Other than him everyone else as far as staff is absolutely amazing. I recommend.

Very good location. Staff helpfull. Huseyin give to the quest very welcome positive note. Lounge on the top super fun. Room very big . Only one thing bad who doesn't like loud music there is like in the disco :). All the best for hotel in total 10.

Except for the room and swimming pool, everyhing else was of extra charfe which was aweful. I was told of the breakfast hours when i check in but when i go to the brealfast hall the next morning, I was told that my package doesn't include breakfast and i may complain to hotwls.com where i originally made my reservation at. I asked for a single standard bed but was provided with twin beds which the cleaner later conjoined so as it will look like one. Given the amount they charged, i was not satisfied with my stay.

There wasn’t anything unique. The hotel on the website looks all modern but when you get there... it has this weird cigarette smell and carpet looks stained. There’s loud music on all the time too. The stag were okay but they didn’t understand English and sometimes didn’t answer the phone or will hang up.

The hotel was in a great location- walking distance to Grand Bazaar, Metro station etc. Reception staff very helpful especially when our transport didn’t arrive for the airport- they quickly arranged a private car for us.

It was NOT 4.5 star hotel. As I was traveling with family, cleanliness was important. I picked this hotel based off it's high price, and its 4.5 star rating. It doesn't even deserve a 3 star rating. It was old, unclean, and elevators did not work. The elevators were very small, so you had to wait until it unloaded riders, and for it to come back up for your turn. Then when it came up, the doors remained open for 1.5 seconds....only to lose your turn. The carpets in the room, and hallways were stained, different colors, and a few burnt spots. DEFINITELY NOT A 4.5 STAR HOTEL.

This is one of the worst experience I have with Hotels. Rooms are literally filthy and stinky. Management was willing to change rooms, better but still unclean. Elevator doesn't work. We had to drag my bag through the murky and dark stairs. Don"t be fooled by the pictures on Hotels.com
