The property itself was lovely. We picked it out for an overnight layover returning from Cape Town as it was one of the closest properties to the new airport. We had great difficulty meeting the shuttle driver they arranged at the airport, as well as communication directly with the hotel setting it up. Very few people in Turkey speak English. The employees at the restaurant and the golf shop were unfriendly and made no effort to be helpful.

No help bringing luggage in from outside TV does not work Soup was cold when it arrived 6 bread rolls and no butter
