Friendly staff I needed water another time milk they opened kitchen for me at 3 am it’s called gold service Lady in kitchen is very friendly Brilliant for family

Mixed feelings
Mostly everything was excellent, the top cover of the bedding (there is only this and a sheet on the bed) did not seem clean. I don't know if they are laundered as often as the sheets. Also pillows are not proper pillows but more like very hard over stuffed cushions that are also made from upholstery fabric, if you can sleep you will probably have neck ache in the morning. Breakfast was poor, boiled eggs were a few days old, even though there were 5 more people to come in a dining room that held 20 people, the hot food was empty and not replaced which was disappointing, only one hot drink is seved. Fire escapes seem strange as they point you to a room rather than an exit. Location is great.
