Restaurants are not functional. Room is clean & bedding is comfortable. Staff could be warmer and helpful in handling luggage.

Pros: place , fast breaking , metro is near of the hotel .
Cons: controlling the Air Condition , some times when you need it to cooling but the centralized system setup for heating this time
Location: very good and nice places
i recommend the hotel for my friends , it was a nice , in the future i will reserve in the same hotel

It was very nice hotel..it was over expectation...the pics of their adv. Is even less what u see in reality..the staff was very helpful especially mr serkan at reception..most of time i see reality less than the adv. Photoshoped pics...but this one really recommended Besides its perfect location in middle of taksim Thanks

Nice hotel close to metro station and istiklal str

The food is not tasty at all You have to always check if the room is cleaned well specially the bed sheets The closets are too small and the hangers are annoying However anything else is good and the staff are friendly and helpful

The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help I met a lot of good smiley people and that is good to see Yegiz was one of the people who helped me with my luggage and he is very friendly When I asked for directions they provided me with a map Who ever I asked would try to help me without getting me referred to other people which made me feel like I am asking the right people and that is great All tried to help When I asked for a connection junction for my cellphone charger the guy on reception understood what I meant quickly through the phone. They gave me accurate directions When I was leaving a guy helped me with my luggage to the bus and communicated with the bus driver to make sure I was going on the right bus The location of the hotel is quite amazing; next to HAVATAS bus station and taksim square which is erg practical Mrs Gizem was amazing with the email replies she sent me, she was amazing with replying to all My queries before my travel and while I was there they sent me a letter for feedback and a note to write another feedback. The hotel as well managed to book me a room just like I asked for on the top floors. The room service didn't add a shower gel bottle because there was the previous one half filled, so when I asked them for another one at reception they sent me two whole new sets and put them on the spot on my room which was amazing of them :) I would definitely stay at Nippon again and I recommend it to others as well!!!
