Impossible to get a good night sleep

Extremely loud, constant noise, beeping, shouting, singing. 5 star hotel this close to traffic should have sound proofing. Pillows gave me constant headache and Kneck ache. Lobby not grand or big. No swimming pool. Staff rude and cancelled one of our friends rooms and charged them for business class because they were 1 hour later than they said they would be. Breakfast expensive and bad service. Room tacky plastic and broken lights, (some ppl might like room decor though but we didnt). Did not enjoy room, almost went to a different hotel one day later if it wasn't for it been too expensive.

Perfect for our needs

Right near the wedding venue of friends so it was perfect. The room overlooking the Bosphorus was also right above a nightclub that was very loud until 3am.

Fabulous location!

The hotel was very well located overlooking the Bosphorus. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was very courteous. It was my husband's bday during our stay and we got a surprise cake from the management.There were lot of cafes and restaurants around. Their restaurant is also fabulously located and serves very good food.

Room is small compared to other hotels with same rate. The bed and bellows are not comfortable. Towels appears to be old. The shampoo and soap are not being replaced.

I had a great experience living in this hotel. This hotel is as centrally located to everything as it gets especially to great restaurants and nightlife. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming at all times, great service. The hotel is right above Zuma, so how ever tired you are, good food is a step away. And the highlight was that it has a spectacular view.
