The room was cold even with the heat going. Did not get housekeeping on one day. This was convenient only due to the fact that it was the next building to where my relatives were for my visit. Room looks sterile, almost like a hospital, but space was decently thought out. Wi-Fi did not work for me in the room; but common area was filled with students hanging out so didn't spend time there to try.

Great view.. Lousy service..far from town
Ventilation was very bad... AC...more like a fan ...not cooling.. Had to open the balconies and get bitten by huge Mosquitos... Receptionists were very unfriendly.. Except 1 gentleman (Farook) .. The others were very dry and rude to say the least..

The hotel itself is very clean and has good facilities, such as swimming pool, fitness centre, sports grounds and indoor games room. The main problem for me was that the hotel is too far from the city centre, would take minimum 1 hour and 30 mins to go to the city, Sultanahmet. Not only it take time to get to the city centre, but also there are no transport links nearby, so commuting is extremely hard and very expensive. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, the hotel is situated near the highway, in no mans-land. I initially booked the hotel for 7 nights, but only managed to stay for 2 nights, i had too move out.

Very helpful staff. Well maintained, clean property. Too far from the main tourist attractions (allow at least 1hr 45 to the old city). I would recommend this apartment hotel only to travellers who are comfortable using public transport, bus-metrobus-tram journey.

far away from all must -see sights
excellent accommodation , very clean and modern but far away very far away from all must see sights ... would be excellent for students but not for tourists. I would rate it 5/5 if it is closer to all sightseeing . it takes about 2 hours to get to Aksary area by public transportation . Staff are very friendly .

The hotel is not an hotel ! it is made for students... and it should never be on Expedia in the first place. Each room is designed as a Jail-style study room. Beds are superposed like the army beds! and they are next to the wall, so if you flip, you hit the wall. The hotel was very new, maybe we were the first to come: it was always dusty. Air conditioners did not work... if you open the door, you cannot sleep because of the noise of the trucks on the main road. It is in the middle of nowhere! if you want to buy water you need to walk hundred meters. No breakfast whatsoever, although we bought bed and breakfast... The people who speak English now two words: "Moment" : to keep you wait and wait wait, and "Sorry" to apologies for all the mess they are in. Most of them are students anyway... probably it was the worst experience of my life... I wanted to cry. We already paid in advance and we were there for business for a couple of nights, else, I would have left from the first night.

5 sterne Studentenwohnheim
Wird praktisch nur von Studenren bewohnt. 2 Gemeinschaftsküchen pro stockwerk. Kein echtes Restaurant, keine bar, nur ein Getränkeautomat und eine "mensa" im keller. Weit ab vom Schuss, lange (aber günstige) busfahrt bis in die stadt/zentrum. Super pool, toller blick vom balkon, moderne, neuwertige,fast"luxuriöse" Ausstattung überall. Liegt an stark befahrener Straße (hört man aber nicht) im Industriegebiet. Kleines Geschäft in drr Nähe für Selbstversorger. Zimmer mit Spüle, Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage Einwandfreies preis/leistungs Verhältnis

Very Clean Hotel
Stay was comfort, clean place, beautiful sunset on western rooms. I enjoyed my stay there. If you have a car to take you to Istanbul, then it is a perfect stay as it is a bit far from the City.

Hôtel très propre, accueillant, confortable mais trop loin loin du cœur d'istanbul et loin de tout. 2h de transport pour rejoindre le centre istanbul (quartier sultanahmet) et en taxi beaucoup trop chère, sinon pour le reste pas grand chose à dire, hôtel très convenable.

Hôtel moderne situé trop loin du centre-ville. C'est plus une résidence d'étudiants qu'un hôtel. Mais nous avons bien apprécié la piscine. Ça prend entre 1h30 et deux heures pour se rendre au centre-ville, par le transport en commun. Sur le site, on parlait de navette, mais pendant notre séjour, il n'y en avait pas. Peut -être pendant l'année scolaire où les étudiants sont plus présent.

sehr nettes Hotel
Wir machten einen Städtetrip und das Hotel war ein Hit, jedoch nicht sehr zentral. Aber alles in Allem sehr gut und neben dem Hotel gibt es ein sehr gutes Kaffeehaus, wo die Bedingung und der Kaffee hervorragend sind.

Sehr schönes Hotel zu sehr günstigem Preis
ich bin angekommen am 19.12.2013 und abgereist am 01.01.2014. Ich bin privat angereist und wollte Istanbuk auf eigene Faust besichtigen, was mir mit Hilfe des freundlichem Hotelpersonals definitiv gut gelungen ist.

It was avery good stay, helpfull staff, the hotel was away from the city center, For me was not a big deal as far as I had a car,not that much cofees and/or restaurants in the neigberhood, otherwise everyvthing was very nice!!

Excellente surtout sur l'accueil et le personnel. Seul l'emplacement, un peu reculé de la ville, m'es rester à travers la gorge. Sinon sincèrement c'est un excellent hôtel tant sur le service que sur le prix. Merci beaucoup au personnel pour m'avoir si bien traite. À bientôt mes ami(e)s j'espère ;)

非常适合学生
1）酒店定位是academic suite，因此不适合商务和情侣，只适合学生，并有娱乐室（桌球、乒乓球、大液晶电视）、学习室等。房型是学校里的那种，预订时看清楚房间图片，床在上铺，下铺是学习的桌椅，和大学一样，第一次住这样的酒店。 2）距离展馆TUYAP距离不算远，打车15-20里拉。 3）附近有一个家乐福社区店，有几家当地餐厅。 4）我下次不会去住了，换个商务酒店，省的爬上铺很麻烦，哈哈。

Gutes Hotel - kommt aber auf jeden selbst an...
Die Betten waren sehr gut - allerdings waren die Hochbetten nicht ganz so toll, kam mir vor wie ein Affe... - schlecht war, das ich keine Halterungen fand um mich richtig festzuhalten. Matratzen waren super und ich habe toll geschlafen. Sauberkeit hervorragend!!! Das Hotel kam mir allerdings wie ein Hochsicherheitstrakt vor - mit Drehkreuzen etc. Das Frühstück war für den Preis sehr gut und ich könnte mir ggf. vorstellen, da nochmal hinzufahren. Allerdings muss man hierfür vom Flughafen (Atatürk) aus 1 mal umsteigen und etwa 1,5 Stunden Fahrzeit sollte man mind. einplanen.... Nunja, sollte Jeder für sich selbst entscheiden!!! Will nicht zu negativ sein, denn im Grossen und Ganzen ist ein ordentliches 3 Sterne-Hotel (auch nach europäischem Standard).

realmente es un hotel altamente recomendable! tanto por el hotel como por el equipo de trabajadores que hay, para cada problema una solucion y siempre con una atención excelente y una sonrisa a mano siempre ,aunque mi ingles no ayuda mucho siempre nos entendimos, si bien como ven en ubicación esta un poco lejos del centro la buena atencion bien vale un viaje mas largo en cuanto a precio y calidad repito es altamente recomendable!!!ademas de muy buen diseño
