it was absolutely satisfying to me choosing Santa Ottoman Hotel for staying is a highly good decision that you'll be never disappointed in. such classic style decorated rooms with a high quality of properties somewhere you smell like history in a exact position of Taksim while staring at outside from your window... thank you all the staff and for everything...

Location is close to Taksim Square but opposite a very loud music club, which played until 3am.

Very bad experience. Window opened in front of club and bar, loud noise. We couldn’t sleep till 2am. Small room, old building with old carpet with stains on hallways. Very tiny elevator. Broken bidet. Very expensive for this hotel. Not worth it for even $30 a night. Never recommend to anybody.

Hello; Taksim area is a noisy area. And we talked about this problem with you this morning. Our elevator is very suitable for a boutique hotel. You were already two people. Our elevator is for 4 people..Best Regards.

Pros: walking distance to the shopping area and many restaurants is short. Cons: There is no laundry room. There is no iron table and iron in the room.

Very centrally located in Taksim and a 10 minute walk from the airport bus shuttle (if you don’t get lost!). Rooms are nice and clean easy to get everywhere from. A pleasant stay!

Bad stay
1/2 of the staff were really unfriendly The room service are always talking and shouting in the hallways Once room service entered the room without checking if someone was inside Receptionist told us we can have guests but we have to pay 15€ per guest, the next day the other receptionist told us there’s no such rule Checkout was due, and we were arriving to the hotel but were a bit late, so room service decided to go in and start cleaning the room without even trying to contact us.

Salut; Tout d'abord, merci d'avoir choisi notre hôtel. Comme notre hôtel est dans le quartier de Taksim, il y a forcément du bruit. C'est la région où sont situés les lieux de divertissement et visités par environ 800 à 900 000 personnes par jour. Best Regards.

Muy lindo lugar con excelente ubicación y sobre todo habitación y baño hermosos. Solo dos temas, un poco ruidosa la habitación a la noche del domingo, y el desayuno con poca variedad de articulos, y sobre todo no habia fruta.
