Enjoyed the whole time

A very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. I liked the seaviews from the terrace. The breakfast was good, a lot of variety. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

Turkish Hospitality At Its Best

Posted Dec 1, 2015
Pros: Staff
This nice, clean and decently furnished hotel is 10 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque / Hagia Sophia area in a residential neighborhood. Excellent breakfast at the hotel, and nice restaurants close by. I was most impressed by the staff, who were very friendly and accommodating. If I return to Istanbul, would definitely consider staying here again.

Well located hotel with great breakfast.

Posted Nov 29, 2015
This hotel is a deal. Not too expensive, simple but comfortable rooms (and the the most beautiful breakfast room with ocean views) and excellent service. I think there are 2 family rooms. One is a little tight, but the room has been updated recently and it's close to the breakfast room. The second is much larger, but not quite as nice and you have to go outside to get to it, but not too far.

Lovely little hotel in a great location

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Provided us with two separate bedrooms next to each other when we had booked 1 bedroom for 4. This was fantastic as we were on a budget and getting such comfort for the same price was a pleasant surprise. Adjoining balconies made for some great evenings.

Hidden Gem

Pros: Very helpful staff, clean, spacious room
Cons: The breakfast collection could have been better but it was still excellent
Location: Right in the centre of Sultanhamet, the old part of Turkey near the Blue Mosque, Haglia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar, right by the Bosporus too!
This hotel was excellent value for money, the room was comfortable and clean, we upgraded and therefore had a great view! The staff were always ready to help. Its also in a pretty good location right by the little Haglia Sophia and not too far from the Blue Mosque and other touristy things in the old city.

Nice hotel in quiet place

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: Rooms condition, size. Hotel location. Friendly stuff.
Cons: in rooms need to install the hanger near the door, you not have to go into the room to take off a clothes
We stayed at Saruhan Hotel for 3 nights on February. Hotel staff was very friendly, while check-in we got a city map with detailed explanation about main places to visit. Hotel located near Bosphorus in quiet place. To main tourists attractions (Bluer Mosque, Aya Sofia Mosque, Topkapi Palace) around 10-15 minutes walk. Our room with seaview was clean, spacious and has a great condition. The bathroom with shower also was clean, spacious and has great condition. Room was cleaned every day. We are very excited of Saruhan Hotel and Istanbul :)

Istanbul.Turkey

Pros: Honestly There is nothing special to mentioned anything good about this hotel.
Cons: There are lot of things need improvements, appearance of the front office, cleanness of the rooms, lights and fixture, internet etc etc.
Location: This hotel is located inside the old city of Istanbul so location might be alright since its closed to the blue mosque and bazaar.
Originally I booked this hotel for 10 nights but soon I realized it does not worth it so I spend 4 nights and decided to check out. This is what I experienced 1) The room smells bad, 2) The bulbs from the ceiling lights were fused or not working, 3) The internet connection was very slow and 4) which is very important the front office stuff were very rude and unprofessional. Based on my personal experience I would never recommend this hotel to anyone specially with the family.
