This place feels like home with amazing views. Home made breakfast was comforting and delicious, the terrace is open all day long with coffee and tea is a pleasant bonus!

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty. Breakfast area on top floor, on terrace with sea view is unique, food is excellent, and breakfast time rise this hotel far above my expectations.

We had an amazing experience staying at saruhan hotel . The staff are really nice and helpful. The rooms were really clean and everyday we had delicious Turkish breakfast. Highly recommended we will stay at Saruhan hotel again. Only recommendation is if they can put tissue box inside room that’s all everything else was perfect thank you.

location is excellent as within minutes walk to major sites and the staff are friendly with clean facilities. The rooms need upgrading as appear dated and we had two rooms with neither tv working. The breakfast could have done with more selection for hot food.

You must visit this hotel when in Istanbul. It has a great location, the breakfast is so varied and included in the price and the views from the terrace are beautiful. The receptionists are really helpful, kind and nice to speak to. They endured our stay was perfect. The lady that prepares breakfast is lovely too she will make you aware of all the breakfast options she makes and will always ask if you'd like an omelette. We will be coming back soon, thank you for everything!

Nice hotel
Over all nice hotel and very good employees very friendly. The hotel is a kind of old , very small Elevator. The bathroom looks like needs to be upgrade . If I go to Istanbul I may stay there. But it’s not like American hotels

Good- comfortable rooms, superb breakfast, nice terrace. Bad- we had some money taken from the room during cleaning time. The hotel refunded the money and apologized, which we appreciated, but still left a bad mark on our stay

Dear Roy,There is a safe box in the room. Our guests keep their money in it or take it with them. Leaving the money on the table means a tip for cleaner ladies in our business. After your claim, we gave this money back to you and we believed that we fixed the misunderstanding. We are little bit disappointed to read this comments which involves some accusacions.

The Hotel, location and overall ambiance of the place was very comfortable. The staff was extremely cooperative and kind. The area has its own vibe with lots of touristy stuff nearby.

The hotel has all comfort amenities like lift, large bedrooms, large bathroom, cleaning everyday, terrace overlook the sea, even my bed had sea view, staff were very helpful, cooperative, hotel location is just minutes away walking from main istanbul attractions like blue mosque, ayasofya, and many others, just only one thing was bit annoying is the cafe in front of the hotel held parties for wedding or other occasions in some weekends not always, and it last untill 12 am only, which is bit noisy, other than that all perfect, offcourse all these matches the affordable cost of the hotel night.

Great stay
Checked in at 2:30am without any problems, and was shown to my room (had booked a room for the previous day so I would be able to check on straight away). Very nice room with lots of space, fridge, A/C, great wifi and lots of hot water in the shower. Great view of the park across the street which was a bonus, and a small balcony as well. Breakfast each morning on the terrace was great, and was the reason I chose to book at this hotel over others (for the view!). The ladies working there (who also do housekeeping) are so friendly and welcoming, with breakfast bought to the table each morning. Although it was the same breakfast each day (omelette, bread with spreads, ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber, olives), it was delicious! Variety of tea, juices and Nescafé also available. Walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Spice Bazaar, and a nice walk to Galata Tower and Istiklal Street as well.

Perfect hotel in Istanbul
Good location over looking the sea and 6-8mins walk to blue mosque (up hilll walk ) Small size rooms but perfect for tourist stuff , Breakfast need more hot or cook verity ) Free coffee at the reception Good value for money I would recommend get the room over looking the sea And don’t buy yours mobile sim from the airport buy it locally , you will find loads of mobile phone outlets near Ayasofya, we were four people with one sim and we hotspot other three omobile which was sufficient for us . absolutely wonderful! from staff to breakfast on gorgeous terrace to location...everything was perfect! rooms are smallish but it's a boutique hotel not 5 star. great park and restaurant across alley. also a park one block away with cafe next to it. 15 minute walk to grand bazaar in one direction and 10 minutes to Blue Mosque in other. We stayed here 5 nights...every breakfast had different items (along with some same)...delicious.

Although this is a basic hotel with basic facilities, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Most rooms have a balcony and the terrace view is amazing. All in all I would stay again and recommend. Ps. Only suggestion beds could be more comfortable.
