Appalling customer service

We could have lived with the slightly shabby appearance of the hotel and the holes in the towels, not to mention the very limited breakfast, however, there are limits. We had booked 2 nights in this hotel, however, had to move out to another establishment down the road due to the level of noise from the bar next door, which, when we complained at 2 am, we were told would continue until 5 am. The most unforgivable part was the owner's attitude when we tried to confirm the booking was prepaid. We were shouted at and treated with contempt by both the receptionist and the owner of the hotel. We would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Istanbul as there are many better hotels in the same area.
