We booked the family suite.O stay was not pleasant, due to the fact our family room was located under the restaurant in the basement and from 6am ...all we could hear was very loud scraping of chairs and footsteps during Breakfast and disturbed our sleep... What was insulting is that when we checked out and spoke to Customer Relations about this issue...it was a known problem by them ,if they informed to us or made us aware at check in,we could have made a decision on whether could accept this ..This is poor training for the Reception staff..Its a shame as otherwise we have no problems with the hotel.

I would highly recommend to anyone who is coming to Istanbul to stay at Sura Hagia Sophia! The staff are so welcoming and helpful, and the location is perfect. All the main attractions are near by as well as the metro! Due to come back in February and will definitely be booking this hotel again.
