Service was below average Condition of the room is terrible Walls and ceiling full of cracks Room is too hot and can’t be adjusted due to broken radiator Advertising full SPA service but fact is no service at all apart from swimming pool and sauna by yourself Most important, the hotel is situated in a downhill and impossible to walk, need to climb, must use transportation. Kitchen but no cutlery at all, no spoons, knives, forks, plates or any thing to cook in. Only positive remark is rooms are spacious

I cannot believe the bad reviews this hotel has. The staff and the service they provided could not be faulted. It was far superior to a lot of the larger establishments we have stayed in. The breakfast was a typical Turkish one with plenty of choice and as much tea as you wanted. It was spotlessly clean and well decorated throughout. There was lots of very interesting artwork both in the bedroom and in the public areas. It is not in the centre which makes it very quiet but it only cost approx 20tl into centre. It is exceptionally hilly so not sure how easy it would be to walk but you'd have to be fit to make it. At the moment this hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with walking difficulties as there are fairly steep steps into reception area. This could change in the future so check before booking. Once inside its disabled friendly.

Worst hotel in Istanbul
The worst hotel I have ever went to for the price. First of all the location is so bad (a bit far from supermarkets and very far from downtown) and you can get way better hotel with better location than this one for the price. The entrance is with stairs so if you have a wheelchair it's a nightmare. I asked for a non smoking room but when I arrived it smelled so bad and they gave me the worst room possible and when I asked to change the room they just sent a women to clean. The breakfast is honestly unbelievably small and limited, even hostels and motels could provide better breakfast than this hotel. They don't even have a coffee machine or fruits. Also the people working here will try to scam you and take every single dollar from you. The customer service here is absolute trash especially the boss. The prices match other hotels that have way better service and location so I highly recommend looking for another hotel near the bosphorus.

Some great bits and some bad worth a read tho
We come to turkey for IVF and got to the hotel late went to the room and was hoping for a nice deluxe room was ok but mould in shower had terrace out side not table and chairs to sit and paint coming of the ceiling and the door to the terrace did not lock worse bit was next day wanted to go swimming and the pool was stone cold and the jacuzzi was broken and the spa treatments they said they did don’t they don’t have any one to do it for you there we spoke with hotels.com and said our problems and wanted to be moved as paid extra to stay this hotel because wanted spa treatments but the hotel would not budge so got moved rooms to another one a lot better tho but was up set about the pool they said they would heat it up but never did but I still used it as was way to hot any ways they keep turning the air con off tho and had to ask to put on and there bar not great a couple of beers and that’s it wine they can order in and other drinks but high prices. Breakfast was more Turkish style so meats cheese bread no fruit tho so did not eat there at all worth getting the local apps for taxi and food delivery as get food ordered in and taxis get the blue color if can drivers better and taxis better yellow ok but some are so rude and half broken but the manager at the hotel so lovely and the beds omg let me take home even know I said this I would stay again as not that bad when look over a couple of bits and there are a lot worse hotels one we went to next never again thank you Lee

Bed was not comfortable, There was no phone and had something urgent to do. the staff at night was not friendly. No hot water for the pool and not clean. Massage service was not available. Card key for the room not working like we had to change it many time. There is no restaurant service like they’ve mentioning innthe description. I only enjoyed the jacuzzi honestly.. Will give this like 3/10

The pictures border on false advertising, the room was dirty, in poor condition and not as advertised. The staff tried to put our bags in a room that was already occupied, and they had no interest in our concerns when we checked out early. The area is also terrible, too many hills and too far away from everything you want.

The property is not as described. My room to be exact requires renovation. The ceiling and kitchen worktop needs to be repaired. The faults were reported to the General Manager the next morning of my arrival but he came across not caring and not interested in my request to change rooms. The breakfast was awful and the property is situated in a hilly location which makes walking to the main street or bus station not for the faint hearted and differently not for people with mobility impairment. This hotel is differently not as described and photos on Expedite are very misleading and inaccurate. In terms of Staff, the only person i found to be snappy was the general manager who comes in the morning. The rest, the 2 lads in the evening, the resturant folks (the lady and nice young man) were great. This Hotel needs to be reviewed and accurate info property online.

Location is terrible. NOTHING within walking distance because of steep hills on all sides, not near a bus stop. Long waits for a taxi. Room nice but very small. Half the lights didn't work, making room very dark - and they couldn't find replacement light bulbs. Finally bought some at a market! Desk staff inconsistent - some were great, one was surly and unhelpful. Couldn't change money at desk most times I tried. Coffee shop in lobby hopeless - waited almost an hour for a cup of coffee, never went back. Couldn't get coffee for room from desk, wound up buying THAT at market too!

Need management and room cleaned
It is a good place. Management is poor. The bathroom had paint falling from the ceiling where the shower was spraying. I pointed this out to the front desk as soon as I saw. They said they would fix but no one dis. I had requested another room but they said they were full. Overall it's a good place but service leaves a lot to be desired. They made no effort to compensate or move to another room during the whole stay.

Very quiet area in the hart of the city. Sloppy area a bit effort needed to walk especially walking up. Min. Taxi fare to get around. Bill boy takes commotion from taxis for long trips like airports. The issue comes when you pay the fare on meter and he charges more because the hotel has arranged the price

Very convenient for family stay
We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel location is in a residential neighbourhood far from all the commotion of Istanbul but not too far. You can actually walk to Beşiktaş harbour in 20 minutes. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and equipped nicely. We had a one bedroom partement with kitchen, very practical. Shopping is closed by and big shopping malls are about 5 minutes taxi ride. Over all was a very pleasant stay for us here.

The stuff in the hotel is very friendly !!!

Disgusting
Cannot put into words how horrible it was. Electricity cut out at least 5 times the week we stayed there. The stove wouldn’t work. One particular staff member wouldn’t even look at our faces because we didn’t give him a tip. The room was dirty, dust all on the coffee table and floor. You can stay at a 5 star hotel for the exact price with so much more better facilities and conditions.

Didn't enjoy my stay at this hotel.
Small hotel located in the middle of a neighborhood. Far away from the Main Street. Uber drivers hated the drive there. Their suites lack Ac duct in the rooms and I asked for a fan to place it inside the room and they didn't provide it. We had to leave the door opens eventhough we were two couples. I regret that I didn't Pay extra 50$ per day and went to 5 star hotel.

very well located, close to Sisly. Good points: everything included, and the rooms are beautiful. Weaknesses: the room service does not refill in soap and other consumables, the internet is somewhat normal but not fast, and the breakfast is the same everyday.

Great Hotel for short stay
No taxi driver can not find the hotel. Slow wifi. Air con is set according to weather. If its cold outside the Air Con switches to Heater and Vice versa, therefore if your room is hot and the weather outside is a little bit cold, your room will be boiling hot.Hotel staff really friendly, clean rooms but less variety for breakfast

Hotels new. But in the middle of nowhere.
Hotels.not clean. Most staff aren't that nice. And its in the middle of nowhere. Only way to go is walk downhill and take a cab. The room wasn't clean. And of course upon check in they give you the worst room they have. Only good thing was that its brand new and the bed was large and comfortable.

Wonderful hotel
Lovely hotel in quiet residential area, although good, value for money restaurants and markets are close by. Staff throughout are great, very friendly and helpful. House keeping staff do an excellent job. Excellent room and facilities for the price. Although away from most tourist sites (dolmabache about 40 min walk) getting around is easy. Don't bother with taxis, metro is about 20 walk away and easy connections to all tourist sites. Also a lot quicker and cheaper than a taxi, especially in rush hours.

Great hotel out of the way
Hotel is great for business around Gayrettepe and for less than a single room in Taksim, you get a suite here. Downsides are that occasionally the bar runs out of beer and the restaurant runs out of food. Impeccable staff and nice spa. Worth taking the phone number of the hotel though as no taxi drivers seem to know where it is.

The hotel was excellent - much better than you'd get for similar prices in Taksim. However, it's important to realise that most taxi drivers don't know where it is. It's also located in the middle of a very steep hill so not suitable if you don't want to take taxis and you're not adept at hiking. Additionally, the suite I received wasn't the one I booked. Hotels.com stated the suite had a jacuzzi and terrace, of which mine had none. When I asked the hotel staff, I was met with shrugged shoulders and "Someone must have made a mistake". Don't let that put you off though - for this price point, you wouldn't find the same facilities and service anywhere else in Istanbul. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent staff and a nice bar to grab drinks after work.

Very nice hotel in strange location
Great hotel but in the middle of a maze of streets on some crazy hills. Not a place to use as a base if you want to walk everywhere but then again Istanbul is astonishingly hilly and maybe nowhere would qualify. Rooms of very high standard although mine was next to service staircase which was occasionally noisy.

A pleasant t stay at Taba Luxury Suites
I had a very pleasant staying at the Taba hotel. I was in Istanbul with my girlfriend and another couple for New Years Eve. Our rooms looked new/recently remodelled and in perfect conditions, confortable and clean. It is conveniently located in Besiktas but some taxi drivers had a hard time finding their way to the hotel. Overall an excellent experience, I would stay again at Taba Hotel

Zimmer mit Bad (jakkuzi) - Alle Zimmer stinken nach Rauch - Toiletten gibt es keine Privatsphäre (Tür wand aus Glas Fenster man kann durchsehen, mussten Zimmer Wechseln - Jakkuzi funktioniert nicht - Hotel Inhaber unfreundlich - keine Parkplätze - es gibt nichts in der Nähe wo man einkaufen gehen kann, man muss Taxi benutzten ! - für Familien mit Kinder ungeeignet( es gibt nichts für Kinder, kein Spiel Ecke, kein Spielplatz) - allgemein Bewertung einfach schrecklich und empfehle es überhaupt nicht!! In dringend für das alles ist es auch zu teuer!!!
