Dirty room offered upon arrival everything so old dirty. Went down right away but they didn’t have any room available but promised next morning Room was better next day but overall hotel not even 3 star

We booked 2 NONSMOKING connecting rooms, but the rooms smelled smoke so badly that even with windows open we couldn't stay there. We had to relocate.

- Good location - Disappointed by the condition of the room: dusty, old equipment, bad smell just outside our room and mold in the bathtub. - Breakfast wasn’t good. Bad individual experiences with hotel staff: - One guy (I think he was security) kept staring at us while we were waiting in the hotel lobby waiting for our taxi, he even followed us around when we changed our seat and moved to another location within the lobby. - We checked out of the hotel early because of just how uncomfortable we were over there.

We stayed there in October 2021 for 11 nights. We cannot complain. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us with our transfer to the airport and booked the PCR test that was carried out at the hotel. We got the results within 24 hours.

This is my fifth time in central palace, one of my favorites hotels in Istanbul. You can find all what makes you confortable there. Nice stuff, amenities and location. Very clean especially these days with COVID 19. You will enjoy your stay for sure.

Due to the effects of corona, the room is never cleaned for three days. At Agoda it's free up to 12 years old, but at hotels.com it cost as much as 30 euros. There are no glass and kettles. However, air conditioning and WiFi are very good. Location is great. There are many other good hotels. I do not recommend it.

Excellent hotel near Taksim
Very nice hotel, near Taksim square, staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean, beds very comfortable. Staff helped us in the morning to get breakfast packs and leave quickly to get to the airport.

Even if they pay me to stay there, I'll refuse!!!
The worst place I ever stayed at. The only good thing was the location. It was very dirty, found coke bottle and a plastic bag with something in the fridge. Thr bathroom was dirty, found a ball of hair on the towels. I don't recommend, even if they pay me to stay there I will refuse.

The property was conveniently located with a 2 minute walk of taksim square and the Taksim Metro station. The property was clean and staff were friendly and breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. We stayed 3 nights and had no complaints and it is a great choice of hotel if you want to stay close to Taksim square. One very minor issue they only provide tea and coffee in the room for the first day and then will charge to replenish the tea and coffee in the room. I thought this was a bit unnecessary for a 4 star hotel.

Absolutely FAKE PHOTOS and 4 stars hotel was our first night at hotel we booked with HOTWIRE.com then when e checked out out of our first night hotel.com offered us a fantastic clean and right on 4 star hotel which from then on life was lived on heaven. thanks so much hotel.com
