Staying at Green Park was convenient for our event & the hotel was ok. Our room was not as clean as I would expect and the room was extremely hot (27.5°C) with no way to cool it. We finally opened the window and room door so after a couple hours it improved a bit.

Supposed to be a 5 star. Rooms smell like smoke although its a non smoking property. Staff are rude and can’t speak English. Asked to pay for minibar on checking out although the room had no minibar

The staff were extremely helpful especially Azma was very polite and keen to help. The place was very clean and the food was spectacular one of the best. The veiw was very beautiful and parking spot available.

We stopped at Green Park Pendik Hotel to celebrate Mrs. Corak's 100th birthday, many know her as Mevlana, she received and wrote down the Book of Knowledge. We were very happy and joyful, the atmosphere and the energy were filled with the joy of this event. As in any hotel there are always small problems, the window in our room did not close, and when there was a wind at night it opened. The room was quite cool in the morning, but since the blankets were warm it was even pleasant. Also, the safe didn't work. Breakfast was excellent and service was very friendly. Thanks for the hosting, hospitality and service.

The staff didn’t speak English, so communicating was rather difficult, we got taxi my hotel staff and the taxi driver dropped us off middle of nowhere and made us walk as he didn’t know where we wanted to go. Staff in general was not very friendly.

Miserable staff on arrival. Two bedrooms given had blood on the bed sheet, pillow case and duvet cover - was like a horror movie scene so moved to a third room. Grumpy restaurant and bar staff, not even a courteous hello or smile. Outdoor swimming pool closed, we only picked this hotel because of the outdoor swimming pool. Things went missing, so filed a police report regarding our allegations. Disgruntled guests forever shouting at reception staff, who were pathetic overall. The most terrible 5-star hotel by far that I have experienced, and I have visited hundreds of 5-star hotels across the world. Shockingly bad and Expedia should reconsider selling rooms here. Asked for a full refund from Expedia, but given a coupon instead. Avoid Green Park Pendik like the plague is my advice.
