All staff - especially Azad - were great. Breakfast was a great affair with one of the cooks making delicious filled flat bread in front of us each morning! Air conditioning worked - but had to call reception for them to turn it on centrally each time.

It was a Very Good Hotel to stay if you are traveling Istanbul. Hotel location was good. You will find so many good places to explore by walk from hotel. Also staff was so good and helpful. The receptionists are very ugly and rude. Not professional. Rooms are very very very small.
Hotel entrance is like cave entrance not like any other hotel. Toilet is very very small. Swimming pool is enough for one or may be laos small. Highly not recommended

It was terrible experience. The receptionist Mr. Azad behaved very bad he snatched our personal items including mobile phones, laptops, and other presents. These people even don't know how to treat foreigners in Turkey. Zagreb hotel staff is really bad they don't have manners their attitude shows foreigners are slave in their country. On more thing, during midnight, all receptionist's attacked us with knife in our room 509 & 511 we somehow rescued ourself and left this hotel. I will never recommend any one to book this hotel as this is unsafe. Thanks.

I found the place quite basic for the price l paid £519 from the 6th June to 11th WiFi poor. Had to pay for water each day to drink. Breakfast was quite poor nothing either English or continental. It was basically breakfast only no other food that you could buy even though there was a cafe apart from hot and cold drink
No English television every station foreign bored to tears in my room.
Tried to listen to the radio in my room on my phone but because the WiFi was so poor it kept cutting out.
Would l stay here again no.

Stayed here with my mother after relocating from a different hotel and honestly the experience was everything. Staff were super friendly and attention especially the cleaning lady and Younus the doorman who always ran to help us with our bags! I felt looked after always and safe. We didn’t get a chance to try the hammam which is the only let down as we missed the staff due to timings however would honestly recommend this hotel! Great rooms and very easy to get around the shops and access to tram station! Thanks Hotel Zagreb!

The rooms are much smaller (actually too small) than shown on photos, everyday guests had to wait to get a breakfast table, breakfast was always the same but sufficient if you came esrly

Outstanding package offered by hotel. Staff was incredibly courteous and helpful will all requests. Breakfast was above average and well organized. Spa, sauna and swimming pool exceeded expectations. Great location for shopping, exploring historic areas and markets plus close to tram and metro. For the price, a great bargain and will definitely return.
The hotel is in great location, rooms are clean, the staff are amazing and helpful, we had great time no problem whatsoever, the only thing that should be looked at is the breakfast it needs to be changed, not much to choose, rather than that everything is great and lovely, big thanks to the house keeper she is very nice and friendly. 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
The first thing that you notice is that you need to go up some stairs to get to the main hotel lift which is somehow peculiar. However the friendly staff will take all luggage to your room. The swimming pool isn't very big or deep but the water is warm and nice music playing in the area. Rooms are OK with great water pressure in the shower, breakfast is buffet, the lentil soup is quite good. Hotel location is quite touristy with expensive restaurants and Taxis nearby but also quite convenient to walk. Overall an enjoyable stay, certainly recommended

Not a great stay
Not a great stay overall. Rude reception staff that weren’t helpful. Small rooms that not fully functioning bathroom. Bathroom and bed sheets not clean either. Breakfast was satisfactory. Not much variety.
Best thing about the hotel was the location. Close to tram line and a 10-15 min journey to main site seeing places.
Pool was also nice.

Thank you for your valuable comment. In city hotels, the size of the rooms can usually be smaller than in resort hotels. Because mostly touristic, sightseeing, shopping and business guests stay. Whichever hotel you go to in the old city, the rooms are small.

Double bed is two beds together. Hot water. No view just abandoned buildings on 1st floor in back. Decent breakfast. Staff in dining room very good. 4 english channels on tv. Close to metro 4 minutes. Close to sultanahmet 20 minute walk.alot of restaurants and shopping near by.tea pot in room. No cold water in room. Frig barely working. Mattress pad stained. No top sheet. No washcloth. No conditioner. No lotion.

Only downside was the blocking of roads for some reason therefore taxis couldn’t reach but it’s not the hotels fault
