Everything was perfect about this hotel. The check in process was super easy and the entire staff speaks English fluently. The elevators run efficiently and the rooms are clean and well designed. We fit three adults in one room with no issues. I loved that the toilet is separate from the shower as well.
We didn’t use the hotel’s bistro because there was so much food nearby. It’s a very short walk to Ueno Station and Ameya Yokocho is not much further.
The next time I come to Japan with my family, we will stay here.

Beautiful hotel. My room is small but it is enough.
They have robes, slippers, toothbrush, hairbrush, etc.
The view of the Skytree at night is incredible!
Walking distance to the popular spots in Asakusa. Staff is courteous, breakfast is great! I highly recommend it.

Room was expensive for what it is, however it was clean and had plenty of amenities. Staff were friendly and the hotel is right in the heart of Shinjuku. Perfect for a travellers first time in Tokyo.

Do not stay at this hotel! I wasn’t expecting enormous hotel rooms or full amenities going into the stay near Shinjuku. However, this was beyond terrible and I had to write a review. First the room itself is claustrophobic nightmare with twin bed that barely fits. There’s enough space to walk sideways ...
