Amazing staff handled interesting problem

Pros: The staff was outstanding and the rooms lovely.
Cons: It is aging a little
Location: Since this is a resort there is much available for guests to do
Our first room had broken air conditioning, the staff immediately ordered repairs. The repairs didn't work and they moved us to another room right away, unfortunately that room had an annoying high pitched whine sound, so the staff immediately moved us for the 3rd and final time. We were amazed at the patience and good humor of all the staff as well as their efficiency. This is a great and beautiful mature hotel but well kept up. We will return every time we are in the area.

Cons: The facilities are in need of updating and repair
The hotel and grounds were very dated. The entry carpets were stained and appeared dirty. Many of the facilities were closed down or looked in disrepair.

Only one thing is good that is staffs were nice!

a beautiful hotel with lovely manicured grounds and lakes, extremely pet friendly, wonderful staff,.needs a coffee shop in lobby we would return

Renovations and Front Desk ruined my experience

Pros: The rooms are spacious with their hexagon designs. They're very clean and mostly nice, although the towels are not very soft.
Cons: They're pet friendly for a fee which is higher than most hotels I've encountered. Topped with tons of rules about your pet.
Location: The Stratford Square mall is right down the street, which a movie theatre and many good restaurants.
This hotel is now owned by Hilton, a recent change I believe, and you'd think you could expect much more from such a well-known hotel chain. My very first impression was ruined by a rude, stressed out attendant at the front desk. She was not friendly at all, and clearly wanted me to know she was having a tough day. This hotel wasn't cheap to stay at, so I don't expect to be made to feel back when I try to check in. She also did not have the room that I reserved (1 king) so I ended up in a room with 2 queen beds. That's no big deal to me personally, but I can see other people letting it upset them. Also, the hotel is under a lot of renovations, which are not quiet, nor do they look very nice. Perhaps they're going through a growing period. I may try it again in a few years, but not soon.

Cons: Room Cleanliness
staffs are kind. Price is good deal. But the room comfort is bit disappointing the first night had heavy rain and the room had leakage, the floor was wet and smelling. So we ask for changing the room.(the were not very willing to do so, want only to clean/dry the floor but we insist to change) The second room was smaller but at least no leakage. But the fan in the both restrooms are very noisy, some facilities are old and not very clean.

Cons: Room had portable air conditioner.
Bad parking lot. Had to park very far. Pavement in very bad condition all over. No breakfast included. $15 for buffet in restaurant across from entrance.

Room not ready upon check in

Room wasn't ready upon check in and the outdoor pool was closed but we weren't notified until we got to the location.

The room had a nice view. The hotel staff was great. Very friendly and polite. The room was very dirty and horribly outdated. The overall hotel was outdated too and housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning.
