Cons: the lady at the front desk was indian and spoke only broken english, hard to understand and get the info we needed about leaving car while on vacation
standard hotel room for the price range. somewhat seedy neighborhood, but gave us a good rate to leave our car there while on vacation and shuttled us to/from O'Hare.

Nice and good price

Room was clean and comfortable. I don't have anything bad to say about it, enjoyable for a good price.

Ehhh

The room I was in was right next to the office. I could hear every car that came in and parked and every time someone opened the door. I didn’t get very much sleep with was really all I wanted.

Howard Johnson Addison O'Hare Airport

Will never book this again, it was a horrible and shabby looking place.

No Shuttle Service!

Not much to tell since I didn't get to stay. You had no shuttle available when our flight came in. One of the reasons i picked you was for the shuttle. I was able to find a nice hotel with shuttle service and I will be using them every time I go to Chicago from now on.

We apologize that we did not have the current airport shuttle schedule available for you. Shuttle service is by reservation . Unfortunately, we were not advised of the last minute schedule changes that caused the a problem with pick-up at the airport. We are truly sorry for the frustration you faced. Would never stay here

It was dirty, run down, the security doors to the outside didn't work so anyone could get in, people were drinking, smoking and fighting outside. The walls by the doors were so soft that anyone could have broke it with ease. Room 1 air didn't work, room 2 air didn't work and it stunk! We left and went to a different hotel because Expedia wouldn't relocate us. The hotel staff lied and said we stayed there so Expedia wouldn't even give us a refund.

It met my expectations for a $50 hotel.

It is value for the money. I only stayed there because I arrived at 1 AM and was going to shove off at 8. There is no place in the area to get food late at night. Everything closes around 10 except a McDonalds. There was no remote control for the TV and I called and was told I couldn't get one that day.. The room was really hot and I couldn't get the air conditioner to work and the windows didn't open.Parking seemed safe.
