Very nice for the price and purpose

Pros: Great value for the price point
Cons: My only comment is that my room had a few boxelder bugs in and around the window. It's that time of year so nothing that a tissue couldn't fix.
Hyatt Place was great for what we were looking for regarding an overnight business trip. Terrific price point and close to the meetings we were having. Easy to find and a gem amongst the other options.

Clean and comfortable

Room with beds and couch was excellent and clean. Breakfast was yummy ( they use cage free eggs, ) they have gluten free options on the menu. We had 3 rooms and we all agreed that it was a good choice to stay there

Pros: Clean. Comfortable beds with feather pillows. Microwave downstairs was easily used and the computers were always on and easily used. The mini bar was
Location: Location was slightly difficult due to construction.
Check in was a breeze. All amenities as stated on the website were accurate. The Hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. They were a little slow when I needed a new frig and had to wait a long time for the maintenance person to arrive. Their communication about that was poor. Everything else was as planned. Easy peasy!

Loved the mini suite idea. Living space separation from sleeping area. Just needed more towel bars.

nice hotel in general vicinity of OHare airport

Pros: quiet, clean, staff was helpful
Cons: Carpet in the room was a little frayed/worn.
Location: good restaurants and big box shopping
We needed a room for a night to catch an early flight from O'Hare the next morning. This was at the end of a long week of traveling and staying with family on less-than-ideal beds, so my priorities were quiet hotel, clean room, good A/C, and comfortable bed. The hotel met all of these. When we checked in, there was a very large, very loud group of people who were headed to a wedding who would also clearly be staying at the hotel that night. I asked the front desk people to put us somewhere away from the group as I really needed to get some sleep. They did and promised to deal with noise should any arise. I slept like a rock and never needed to call to complain. The area has some decent restaurants and big-box shopping, which we used the evening we checked in. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a reasonable rate and a good night's sleep.

Nice hotel

The hotel staff was terrible especially the two younger girls that worked front desk. They had no customer service at all. Out of the 4 nights we were there we had maybe 2 employees actually speak to us downstairs. As far as hotel conditions they were great and breakfast was good

Clean, great staff, nice quiet hotel. Great breakfast. It's such a clean hotel i would stay stay here anytime and tell all my friends and family to stay here..

Nice, spacious, modern hotel!

I chose this hotel because of the reviews I read on their breakfast buffet. It is a normal hotel breakfast buffet; eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal etc. I was pleased with the spacious room, but the bed was very hard. The hotel staff was extremely friendly. I Would stay again. Shopping and restaurants were close by within 5- 10 minutes.
