This is my favorite place to stay when I visit Ithaca. So close to the airport and easy to get to anything. The staff is always so nice. It’s very quiet and well maintained. The rooms are large and comfortable. I’ll be back for sure!

Exceptional service! Our receptionist was Steve, he’s a big ball of sunshine. Extremely helpful, and professional! Overall all the staff were great! This hotel has shuttle service which is really convenient, and the drivers were laidback and friendly as well. Would highly recommend! :)

Weird layout. Room was being worked on but they gave it tonus..water was switched off and the faucet was all unscrewed and on the tub. When we requested a change of room the new room had evidence of prior cleaning soem washcloth was left right there. The liquid body wash was not replenished.

Marriot at Ithaca
Not what we expected from a high end hotel like Marriot. The Bed was not comfortable. The bathroom and shower were not up to standard even though clean. No USB charging ports that are standard these days. In room beverage/coffee maker was really bad and the choices of coffee, tea and sweetner really lacking for such a big chain hotel.

Perfect place for airport convenience and comfort!
We stayed prior to an overseas trip and after, returning in time for Thanksgiving. Our only complaint was we had asked for room cleaning the Friday after Thanksgiving, and it was never done. The hotel was very convenient to Ithaca airport for flights connecting to JFK. The bistro breakfasts and dinner were tasty and served with a smile. The room was comfortable and quiet. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We made good use of the guest laundry room post trip, so we could arrive home with clean clothes.

We had to move due to a water leak over the coffee maker. Was a pain in the butt. Also very noisy after midnight. For the price, I won’t be back.

Five Stars for sure!
The Courtyard By Marriott that I stayed in was just perfect! The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly! I had to call down to the desk twice for little things that I wanted help with; and they were there to help me in a flash! The Hotel is older, but the room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in, in ages! The Hotel offered a restaurant and a continental breakfast. I did not take part in either of those, due to the time restrictions of my trip. Overall it was five stars for sure!

Could not turn off the air conditioning at all. The food option in the morning were truly sub par. Ordered a breakfast burrito that could be best described as cardboar. The next morning eggs and sausage. The sausage was stone cold.

The tall African American security guard was friendly and attentive. But the staff at the front desk took 20 minutes to check us in right after our wedding because there was only 1 lady there and she was behind the bar taking forever to serve 1 glass of wine to another guest. The next morning, there was basically no breakfast since there was only 1 person working and she wasn't available to cook us anything in the kitchen. The obese lady at the front desk the next day looked like an LGBTQ type and she was on the phone chatting and was unavailable to check us out of the hotel. The room was very nice and clean, but for $300/night I'm never going back.

The staff is not friendly Most of the time they were not at the reception There was no prior indication that the gym was under renovation Rooms cleaned every OTHER day Requested towels and were told to come pick them up at the reception - so lazy they didn’t even bother to bring them to us Allowed dog in room next door who kept on barking in the night On last day of stay the room keys didn’t work - went down and came back up - still didn’t work - had to go down again No one seemed interested in helping or providing service- a no no when you are in the service industry

Arrived at facility staff was fine elevators were not working properly. Room did not have microwave. Elevators were it reusable. Bathroom is tiny. You have to side step to be in the bathroom and close the door. Husband is a tall muscular man and this was an inconvenience. Bathtub elevated so stepping Out of the tub is misleading.
