Area was dirty, lots of homeless in the area/parking lot. Our door didn't lock completely. The dumpster was overflowing with garbage and old mattresses. I asked for extra towels and they said no until I returned the dirty towels I had.

Bathtub painted and peeling. Window was very badly cracked, and the deadbolt would not close. Concrete steps cracked moderately. The worst cable TV channel selection I ever experienced in a motel. None of the three networks. The window was knee high and faced the outside walkway which made the crack more of a concern.

We immediately checked out as the 2nd room we tried was filthy, lock broken, sheets clearly used and odorous. The clerk told us we needed to go through Expedia for a refund but Expedia is trying to screw us too. They said that the clerk said the disgusting room was fine. Expedia doesn’t have our backs. They used to be good but they now suck.

The toilet in the room didn’t work. Sent me to the room with a plunger. Scolded me for cleaning up the overflow with a towel. Told me they would put down mats instead. Would not make other arrangements and that there was no manager on duty to get any kind of a credit so I could relocate.

Horrible experience, dirty room
Room was not what I reserved, not a King bed nor was it accessible, dirty room, finger prints on the mirror, holes in wall and in the ceiling tile, stains on the wall and ceiling tile and on the blanket and sheets, had to kill a large but in the room, garbage in the parking lot. Although I reserved a room for 2 nights I only stayed 1 night due to the conditions, and was told I would not recieve a refund for the second night even though I didn't stay. I would never ever ever recommend this hotel for anyone.

This place is close to plenty of dining options, easy to park and find your room, staff is friendly and helpful but most of all the rooms are quiet and clean which is super inviting and leaves an lasting impression of service and attention.

Room was not in very good condition, it was clean but thats it, bathroom needs alot of help, tv quality made me feel like watching old tube tvs. And the matress very thin,springy and uncomfortable. The staff... well not much of any and they Dont serve breakfast as is says online when booking.

We stay at this hotel, and the rooms were dirty and also I don’t know what animal bite my body ending up with huge bites like bee bites around my neck and arms

Our room only looked some what cleaned. The entire room looked like patch work was done all over. Bathroom door had a big crack/whole on the back of it. The room smelled musty & like somebody had previously smoked in it- even though door said non-smoking. But Mostly musty. Room too dark. Surrounding area and stairwells looked filthy. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. $160 for 1 night is terrible. Absolutely terrible that all the big name hotels price gouge at this time of year.

The place looked dangerous and dirty to begin with. Woke up with bug bites all over (bed bugs we hadn’t seen when we checked the beds). Door didn’t lock and someone tried to barge in. Also shower took forever to start. Will never be staying here again. Absolutely awful. They should be shut down.

Room is dirty and in disrepair. Cigarette burns on tub. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Door lock loose. If you don't specifically ask early in the day for your room to be cleaned they will not clean it. Wifi unusable. Long-term residents? living in one wing. When I got there plastic bags were blocking part of second floor hallway. Do not bring your kids here.
