Staff was very welcoming, especially front desk lady. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of compared to others I have been to in my life!

Convenient hotel

Room had a slight smell and breakfast was just ok. Was expecting a little better for the price we paid.

Nice hotel

Only problem I had was door would not shut due to someone must have once tried to jimmy open door. Was able to lock door by putting slight upward pull on door. Told maintenance about it. Never found door to be unlocked , so they must have listened when I told them how to lock door.

1960's hotel

Pros: convenient
Cons: Needs a complete uplift to the 21st century!
Location: Near Cornell, mall, and restaurants
Felt like walking into a hotel from the 1960's. The room was clean but the bathroom, bed, tv, air conditioner all need to be upgraded.

My husband and had a one night stay. We had called the hotel and adviced them that we were running late and would arrive later in the evening. We were told it would not be a problem. Upon arrival we were told are room was given away, and he only had a double bed smoking room. We had requested two king size bed room nonsmoking as we are allergic. Upon saying we were calling our booking agent. He found us a handicap room which would have been ok but there was one double bed room the bed was hard and it creek. No extra towels . In the morning they said to offer breakfast however when we looked , there was practically no food left and front desk said sorry no food. It was a bad experience . Save your money

It was alright

It was alright. We are in a strip mall parking lot near a Pizza Hut and Friendly's along with smaller restaurants. Was convenient while visiting colleges and it was a short drive from downtown Ithaca which had some great restaurants. Accommodations was a bit dated but it came with breakfast and was a great value.

Disappointed by the smell of smoking in the hallway and near our room even though we got a non smoking room. Also disappointed by how small and tight the bathroom was. Also hotel has the look of a motel however priced like a hotel
