Unfortunately I had a bad experience with them and I do not recommend them to anyone. Exception of Toni at the front desk was very kind and wanted to help however the rest of my stay was a disaster. Construction during the stay, without any notice, drilling and slamming doors started early every morning. My mistake was to book directly with them instead of doing it through Expedia. Expedia was excellent trying to help me with this awful situation but limited to help me get refund. Although the holiday inn front desk admitted the construction and noise — they only offered a dry apology with no compensation of any kind. Not to mention they were pricey and their amenities not worth hundreds of a night. Rip off. I now know why the programmer of the festival did not recommend us this place and I regret wasting money here. Don’t do it. And once again thank you Expedia for trying to accommodate my needs. Truly grateful for it.

I Our room had only 1 chair which my husband used at the desk to use the computer, therefore, I had only a bed to sit on. That did not work. I asked the gal on the desk for a chair, and she said that none were available, but I could sit in the great room. That did not allow me to lounge as I wished to. The chair seat at the desk was too deep for comfort.

Room was dated. TV was dated. The newest technology was an ipod docking station that doesn't work with modern iphones, even if the docking station was functional. For the price i've been far more updated rooms.

Great overnight stay
Everything was perfect- clean, friendly, comfortable beds we especially liked the pillow cases that indicated which pillows were soft and which were firm. Breakfast was great and the breakfast room was large and inviting

The hotel was clean and updated. The breakfast was also great! My biggest complaint is the pool was closed when we got there. We booked this hotel because of the pool. I wish the site would have been updated to inform us of this before we booked or there would have been some offer to make up for the inconvenience.

There was a large group of baseball players and their parents running up and down the hallways making lots of noise at night. The room was absolutely freezing with the thermostat set to 55 when we got there and it didn't warm up until well after midnight. Staff was very friendly despite all of this.

Quick check in, no hassle, mostly quiet, his variety on the breakfast bar, very attentive housekeeping service. Beds are pretty comfy, pillows are flexible, and even with various youth sports teams coming and going, things were relatively quiet.

The hotel was very nice and I would recommend but there must’ve been an issue with our air conditioner. Anytime it came on it was really loud n grinding sound all night and made it difficult to fall asleep but otherwise I have no complaints. Breakfast was very nice and clean

We enjoyed the stay overall. Front desk accommodated our move from 4th floor to main, due to being elderly. Room was "ok," but might have been a bit cleaner/better condition. Main area was wonderful, with as complete a breakfast as anyone could ever want (we think). Something for everyone, with super-efficient and friendly staffing. Our minor requests at front desk were promptly met. Thanks for a good stay.
