Hello,Thank you for staying at our hotel and for your feedback. We follow Hiltons guidelines for Homewood Suites, and per those standards, we cleaned rooms after every 4 days until October. As of October, the new standard is every other day cleaning. Of course, should you need new or extra towels or anything you are more than welcome to request and we can deliver those to your room with the exception of the overnight until early AM hours where you might have to come to the front desk for them.Have a great day.

Hello,Thank you for your review. I will note that we do allow guests to check in early if rooms are ready early. It's all based on availability depending on the type of room booked and many other factors included if a certain location is requested or if there are maintenance issues or deep cleaning issues, etc. We try our best to get rooms ready as early as possible but sometimes are not able to allow early check-in requests simply because the room is not cleaned and ready yet, not because we do not want to allow guests into rooms before check-in time. As you can see in previous guest reviews there have been plenty of guests happy receiving early check-ins at our hotel. It is just something that we cannot guarantee in advance and is more unlikely on weekends or after nights we are sold out or if the room type booked was a type we have few of at the property and/or any late check-outs. I'm glad to hear you were happy with our breakfast options as well as the staff interactions.
