Close to SUNY cortland , pet friendly .

Love the fluppy pillows ...there was a lot on each bed . Stayed on bed late ,so comfy , just don't smell fresh.

The hotels needs an update. Vents are dirty. I didn't like my room because it shared windows with the pool room and I couldn't get my toddler to bed.

Hotel close to SUNY CORTLAND

Hotel staff were very accommodating and Michele at front desk went out of her way to get us an early check-in which helped us greatly.

Will try to avoid next time in town

The first impression is that it looks like a shelter. Very gloomy hallways. The beds were O.K. I was not able to use the crib they brought since it was dirty and one of the rails was hanging off. Very unsafe. I will try to avoid this hotel (motel?) next time in town. No elevator to the second floor which makes it difficult when you are with a toddler. I stayed in the second building which is pretty unsafe and it makes it difficult to use the pool during winter which is in the first building since they are not connected. This hotel's renovation is overdue.

It was reasonable, but would have been nice if some kind of Breakfast (no charge) could have been included. The room smelled a bit smokey, when we entered it, but other things were fine.

Pros: The front desk staff was nice and they did offer us free breakfast.
Cons: Everything. They had a ceiling light hung on the wall as an entry light. It was so out of place.
Location: The location was ok. It was a little farther south than we had planned on, but it was the only hotel left that had any rooms. Now I can see why!
When we checked in we had to carry all of our luggage upstairs since there were no elevators. I have osteoarthritis in my back and my friend had been in an accident which resulted in neck and back injuries. The hotel was dirty. Smudges or who knows what on the walls, smell of smoke in the halls, even though we had to sign a release about smoking and would have been penalized. I don't know how they would track this since our building was way in the back of the unlit parking lot and not even adjoining the main hotel. When we got in the room all of the lampshades were tilted, the drapes where a mess and the carpeting was disgusting. There was a place for an additional piece of furniture to hold luggage but nothing was there so we had to put our luggage on the chair and desk because we did not want to leave it on the disgusting floor. We called to complain because the room smelled like smoke and they were going to change our room but we were not going to do that having to lug all of our luggage out. They could not refund any money since we booked through Expedia. We had stayed at a different hotel up the road for less money the night before that was far superior. I am a frequent traveler and am a Diamond member at Hilton and I have to say I would never even think of joining Ramada's frequent stay program. I will never stay at another Ramada. Unfortunately the Ramada was the only hotel that had any rooms that night.

Old overpriced facility.

Pros: It was quiet.
Cons: Hotel could use a complete redo at those prices.
Location: Location was convenient to I 81.
I only stayed one night so my "experience" was very limited but at $234 for the night it was way overpriced.
