The desert environment is so beautiful. The room was comfortable. The salon was terrific & we were surprised by the variety of classes & expeditions they offered. Will definitely come back.

Overall we were content with the facility. Based on the pictures we were expecting a balcony withchairs by the room. Ended up not being an issue as the weather was not nice enough to sit outside.

When I use Expedia the bill is what it is! Apparently when I got my bill today they added a Hotel service charge on to my credit card

The hotel was fantastic in many ways, except for the cleaning on the bedrooms…. We stayed for three nights and they didn’t clean the bedroom a single day…. Actually they don’t do that service. At the beginning the bedroom was perfectly clean and nice, but it would be great if they clean and make the room daily! The rest of our experience was terrific!!!

I found a bed bug and made sure to video it. The manager moved us to a different room but didn’t offer to have clothes washed or even offer plastic bags. I actually caught it in a tissue but was stupid and have it to her. She tried to tell me when she opened it it wasn’t in there. Pretty sure she got rid of it on purpose. I started asking other employees if they have had problems with bed bugs before and was told yes by several. The manager lied and told us it has never happened before. I got zero compensation.

Amy, I am sorry to read of this situation and that we disappointed you. We had our pest control service review the room, and there was no evidence of bed bugs. The resort also provided you with compensation and quickly relocated you to another room.

We have stayed here many times and it is a good value for the villas. They do not clean the rooms every day however. We were there for three nights and they didn't clean it once. In addition, I was disappointed that they have cut back a lot on the class offerings. There used to be a lot more selection in past stays. I was told that there is not the demand for them anymore. Most of the activities are expensive such as guided hikes, personalized sessions and these are in addition to the resort fees, inclusive fees etc.
