Everything was OK but the shows At night they need to improve they had to bring more excitement

Hotel was not as clean and comfortable as one would like. Food was not good. Staff was not as accommodating and friendly as customer service should be.

Food was horrible and made us all sick .

Had to leave 3 days early because could not keep anything down. Staff was ok but too many people

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good drinks.

Liked the hotel, very clean, good food and drinks. Didn't like the nightclub too small.

Staff need to learn more english .

If is all inclusive, why they charge so much for wi fi internet service? Beach need more expension , so small access to the open water, and so much food is waisting, not much activity on beach from Hotel , everything is with other people that has not with Hotel.

Great all inclusive hotel

First time here and to Mexico. Enjoyed every bit of it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were plenty of activities that are included with your stay. We did the SUP (was extra but not expensive) and sailboat tour (included). The guides were great! Multiple restaurants to choose from for all meals with rotating themes. Worth every cent spent. Walking distance to Grand and to Playa Linda with a crafts market. Recommend going to see Alonzo at La Palapa. He will take care of everything you need. Only $12 peso for the bus to Ixtapa and Zihu for shopping.

Seclude and safe oceanfront hotel

Pros: I like everythings about it. Nothings to complaint !!!!
Cons: The hotel should install some more air conditionig units or fan for the lobby due to hot weather in Ixtapa.
Location: Snorkling at the island across from the hotel for only 50 pesos/pp. Town for suvernirs & local foods just rt side of the dock where the taxi boats are
Nothing much.... I stayed in this hotel 10 yrs ago and just went back last week. So far it is very safe and pleasant place to stay in Ixtapa. The condition of the hotel is just little bit outdated compare to 10 yrs ago. The services are still excellent as expected. We stayed in room 1611 ( 6th floor of main building ). It's a room with large balcony facing the ocean (hint: 6th floor & up will give you the great view of the ocean).

I loved it!

Pros: I like everything about it, cant complain.
Cons: The AC from the hallway was not it was really unconformable.
Family and I had a great time! I can't complain, the kids had a blast and the foods is magnificent.

Food average every day same thing in all three buffets. Beware of the guy on the beach trying to sell you fishing trip!!!
