Pros: Todo
Cons: La comida del buffet, es buena pero se puede mejorar.
Location: En Playa La Ropa se come super rico, la arena es suave, la gente es muy amable siempre, En Playa Larga hay menos gente y se come muy rico también.
Las instalaciones son cómodas, modernas, los baños muy limpios, las albercas limpias, la playa con arena suave, todo muy lindo, ampliamente recomendado

Only stayed one night and beds were comfortable. Good location to airport. Hotel staff was amazing. I did think it was expensive, and rooms little run down. But overall was ok.

Very Nice hotel on beach!

Pros: Everything is great!
Cons: Play better music by the pool!
Location: Tons of stuff to do from biking to golf and great restaurants all over within easy walks!
Love it! Great value too! This is our 11th time here and we are always happy with our stay. Perfect location to access all restaurants and shops!

Pros: Location was nice with great beach.
Cons: Comforter too heavy. Food quality & options. Gym, too small & cramped with not enough dumbells. Overall condition of hotel was getting a little old.
Location: Great location for beach and nearby restaurants. Didn't do much else.
Great place to stay if you get a discounted rate. It offered a descant pool right off a beautiful beach. Pool area a little small for the amount of guests staying when we were there. Food was ok but definitely could be improved. Comfortable bed, uncomfortable blanket/comforter. Water in sink had a light smell so worried about brushing teeth with it, water seemed fine in shower though. Had gym but very small and crammed with not very much in it. If you just want to lounge in the sun and venture out a little to eat it was a great place.

El personal en el hotel es muy amable, la comida es muy buena, tienen un sazón exquisíto, la atención es muy personalizada, desde inicio a fin, un viaje inolvidable!

THE LOCATION IS GOOD AND THAT'S IT....

Location: THERE IS A LITTLE PUEBLO CROSS STREET AND YOU CAN GET ITALIAN FOOD FOR A VERY GOOD PRICE AND DELICIOUS.
WELL, MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD. FIRST, EXPEDIA OR THE HOTEL MADE A MISTAKE WITH OUR PACKAGE. I BOUGHT ALL INCLUSIVE AND WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS THE CHEAPEST PACKAGE ON MY RESERVATION. THEN I HAD TO PAY OVER $600 EXTRA TO HAVE ALL INCLUSIVE. HOWEVER, IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE.. THE FOOD IS SO BAD BUT NOT A LITTLE A LOT!!!! TO THE POINT THAT WE ATE OUT THREE NIGHTS OF OUR FOUR DAY STAY... BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST THING THERE...BUT MY SON GOT A CEREAL PACKAGE WITH TWO DIFFERENT DATES ON IT.. AND OVE COURSE ONE WAS EXPIRED SINCE SEPTEMBER.. AND THE CEREAL WAS MOLD.... EVEN THE DRINKS WERE BAD... NOT TO MENTION THAT ON NYE THEY CHARGED US FOR BEERS AFTER 12 BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT IT WAS NOT COUNTING TO OUR ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE... WHAT PART OF ALL INCLUSIVE HAS LIMITATIONS??? I'VE TO MANY ALL INCLUSIVE HOTELS IN MEXICO, COSTA RICA AND DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.. AND I NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE.. ANYHOW, I WOULD NEVER COME BACK!!!!

Es buen hotel. Solo que reserve atravez de expedia habitacion con cama king sizes, y al llegar al hotel me dieron con dos camas matrimoniales.

Emporio is a good hotel. I will recommend it.

Why pay for a 4 or 5 star hotel. It's in front of the beach. It has a good restaurant and is close to delfinity. Besides if you get all inclusive why pay more for a room. Go to emporio en enjoy the beach at a good low price. After all we're there for tjeviews, beach and sun... not the pricy hotel that we don't really stay in during the day. Good hotel and staff.
