The location was perfect - easy access to all the sites and tons of restaurants. The staff was great, the room was huge by European standards and the breakfast was very impressive. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

A fantastic hotel in the heart of Brugge. We loved our stay, very walkable to all the sites and dining options. Convenient and secure underground parking, HOWEVER... there are no EV chargers at all. The listing mentions EV chargers but there are none. It's a little surprising considering this is Europe and a very nice hotel. We had to find alternate charging after driving all the way from Bonn. This is an easilly fixable situation, and I hope the fix it soon.

The hotel was so beautiful, clean large rooms with a beautiful bathroom. The loft with beds was so comfortable and unique to any hotel. The architecture in the hotel and decor was exceptional! One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. The breakfast was amazing.
