Excellent location, right behind market square, without the noise. Rooms are completely redone with modern look and feel, small but good for 2 people. Location couldn't be any better. I wish they could manage the weather better.

The property is convenient. We got the family room, it was spacious and clean. I was disappointed the room didn't have a kettle and didn't offer water bottle. The hair dryer would turn off after 2-3mins of usage.

A superb location in the centre of Bruges. We booked this venue as a base to explore, and we weren't disappointed. A sensibly sized room, very clean, extremely tidy with a comfy warm bed and pristine bed linen. The bar was being renovated so it wasn't used but with so many eateries and bars close by, it would be foolish to use just the hotel. The best recommendation for Martins Hotel (Bruges) is that I would happily use it again.

The location of this property was excellent as it is in the centre of Bruges. The room was comfortable and clean but there were a few issues for a family staying there. We had booked a family quadruple room for us two adults and our two young children, but there was only one small shelf for our clothes and only 4 hangers in the hanging area, meaning we all had to live out of the suitcase. There was also no locks or limiters on the windows, which were on the 4th floor. There was also no chain on the hotel room door on the inside, so no way of preventing our 4 year old from opening the door. The bathroom was great, with a decent shower and bath tub and plenty of hanging for towels. The parking was also very convenient and a plus point. All in all we loved our stay, but felt there were a few small touches that could have been better. Also somewhere to stand the suitcase would be good.

Great stay at the hotel. Easily walkable to see all of Brugge city center. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. Only issue we had was that the room was stuffy and had to open the window to air it out. Would likely stay here again.

After a delayed check-in due to the room not being available, we couldn't have been more pleased. The family room on the 4th floor was clean, quiet and had good views over the city. The hotel is located directly in the historic part of the city with good parking to boot. We couldn't have asked for more from this hotel, highly recommended.

Check your air conditioning for proper functionality before trying to go to sleep! Even though early Spring in Bruges is still cold, our room (on the smaller side) got hot quickly and we even had the front desk attendant come at 3 am and he could not get it to work. We didnt sleep much even with the windows open. There was one button on the unit itself that solved the problem for the second night. But, that small detail made for an unpleasant first night. Other than that, we had an excellnt stay. The location of Martin's Brugge is unbeatable. Eric and every other front desk attendant were very friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient (albeit a bit expensive) Breakfast is excellent with many choices!

The hotel was comfortable. The staff excellent. Our toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The phone in our room wouldn’t work and the television wouldn’t turn on. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were moved to another room that had a foul smell.

Nice quiet hotel for a really great stay in Brugge. One of the biggest positives would have to be location: two minute walk to Central Town Square and most historic attractions within 5-10 minute walk. Took a look at the brunch offerings (20 euros) and looked amazing!

We loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we entered we were welcomed by the good scent (not overwhelming) very relaxing scent. It’s a few steps from the main square. A few steps from the Brugge canals also.

Wife and I stayed here in January. Stay was great, conveniently located at the heart of everything, room was clean and comfortable. Parking was available when we were there. If you drive don’t forget to register vehicle via app when you check in to avoid fee for driving in town between certain times.

Great location but very difficult to reach by car. We drove around for nearly an hour trying to circle in around restricted zones. Our GPS did not lead us as it didn't recognise the no-drive streets. There is underground parking once you find it. Regretfully I cannot give accurate directions. The hotel itself is in a great location, directly behind the tower, so we were treated to the beautiful Carillon music throughout our stay. A bit of street noise at night. The room itself was clean, comfortable, if not a bit small. Same for the bathroom. Two things that would have upped the score; better pillows (they were so hard I could not get comfortable) and a nice bathrobe.

Asked hotel for ground floor room or first floor near lift or stairs. Had 1st floor accessed via long corridor to lift, then up some stairs! Couldn't have been much worse. Room was okay, condition of bathroom was only ok, bearing in mind we paid approx £250 per night incl breakfast, which again was just okay. It was very difficult to find the hotel with a car as Sat Nav sends you to roads that you can't access. Wouldn't stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, the rooms were extremely clean and pleasant and the showers were great. Friendly staff and the breakfast option was very good, plenty of variety for the whole family. I couldn’t find any faults, very happy that we selected this place. I may try their parking next time, this time however I used a car park about 10 minutes walk away which was great value for money but was a nightmare to walk from with the rain we had on out trip, all in all, a very pleasant hotel in a fantastic spot.
