Compare to price the hotel was below the awarage.

* everytime you call they will tell you different price * Your stay will cost around 85-90 dolar but doesnt include breakfast * uncomfortable beds * Everytime you move your car u have pay 20 TL - which is a good side benefit for hotel in short dont go! there are many hotels around with better price and service

Was expecting a bit better...

I was a little bit disappointed with this hotel. I booked Movenpick as I had never stayed before, but in all honesty I am not sure I would stay again. I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful, but I had a few issues. People may say i am being picky, but for a 5*, I feel it should have been better. It says that there is air conditioning, but during winter, they only have heating. It is 25 degrees in the room, and there is no way to cool it down apart from opening the window, which in my case faced a busy street. This was an issue when they were doing road works, and the smell and noise came into the room. Also the safe did not work on arrival either, so I had to wait around while they fixed it. On the plus side, the ice cream was amazing....

A great introduction to Turkey

A lovely, clean and very comfortable hotel. The staff couldn't have been any better. All were welcoming and helpful. Really good views of the sea and local facilities just fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel.

Excellent location

Pros: The professional staff attitude and location of the hotel
Cons: The room had very minor ageing that could be fixed and shower water gets boiling hot all of a sudden could cause a minor panic :)
Location: the location was near the pasaport and alsancak pier you could go for a walk or take ferry to karsiyaka. lots of restaurants bars about
very good hotel and helpful staff very very rare to find all of these all combined together nowadays. I went at 11am they checked me in without even causing a hassle also I requested a top floor with a sea view which they upgraded my room free of charge. On top because i loved the room and wanted to smoke they sent in an ash tray (manager discretion was taken so if they refuse don't get offended) the valet was paid for but very professional and fast service. I can't say anything about the food as i did not eat at the hotel but the free 2 bottles of water was very handy (can be exchanged for cold ones in the minibar)

Not bad

The first thing hotel reception didn't find my booking so they let wait for around fifteen minuets to checkin- it's not good for five stare hotel.
