Above the average; stay if you find a good rate...

Cesme is not a district you may want to stay all day and night in the same facility. You'd rather explore beaches during the day and Alacati region at night. So no need to pay a high rate for a hotel in Cesme. If you catch a low rate then think about it, otherwise look for alternatives. Pros are; Staff is helpful, Rooms are clean, breakfast buffet is rich, vallet parking is free, beach and pool facilities are nice. Cons: Limited choice of snacks, service closing at 12 midnight, high room rates, spa is not satisfactory.

However I'm surprised to read that our location was not convenient for you as we are one of the most well located resorts in Cesme. Our guests have the opportunity to spend their holidays relaxing on the beach, in our spa or by the pool; or they can choose to go to Alacati or Cesme which are maximum 10 minute-driving distance away. Bel hotel belle plage et décoration moderne.

Pros: La décoration . La plage, La salle de petit déjeuner face a la piscine ..
Cons: Le service ! Tout le monde est gentil mais fort peu professionnel ! ICESME n'a que très peu de touristes étrangers.. Toutefois a ce prix !
Location: Il faut une voiture car cette station est très grande et lescentresd´interet éloignés les uns des autres.
L'hôtel est bien mais le service n'est pas a la hauteur ! Expédia nous avait confirme par mail une chambre avec balcon avec. Vue sur jardin. Or on nous a donné une chambre avec demi balcon vue sur un mur ! Après des pourparlers interminables avec la direction on a pu changer de chambre...en ayant perdu plus d'une heure ! Au prix de 200 euros par nuit, et pour 3 nuits, on pouvait espérer avoir ce que Expédia nous avait promis et confirme fort heureusement par écrit.

Nice hotel but customer service

Pros: Location and quietness.
Cons: Improve customer service. (More training?)
Location: There is an aqua park next door but don't forget to bring your towel. Hotel doesn't allow you to beach towels to the aqua park
When we checked in we learned that dinner was not included in our hotel price. We were told that we can "upgrade" and include the dinner in the price. We decided to do so and asked them to bill our room. However when we went to the dining hall, we were told that the upgrade did not show up on our account and we should pay for the dinner. We asked them to bill our room again. While we were dining, we were presented with the bill at the dining table. The bill was almost twice the amount of “upgrade” option we were offered before. We had to go to the reception to resolve the issue. After 20 minutes, the issue was resolved but by then, we had lost our appetite. On top of this, except to present the bill, no body showed up at our table neither to clean our table nor to take drink orders. We had to put the dirty dishes on another table. I would have expected a more professional customer service from them. On top of this, we had two rooms and they were supposed to be non-smoking rooms. One of the rooms had a strong cigarette smoke smell. Since they didn't have another room on the same floor, we couldn't change the rooms either. I don't know if we were unlucky or not but based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

Zimmer renovationsbedürftig

Solle renoviert werden. Teppiche in sehr schlechtem Zustand. In der Umgebung hat es nichts kein Restaurant oder Laden. Transport zu Flughafen viel zu teuer. Morgenessen gut.

Perfectly Adequate and perfectly forgettable.

Pros: The Wi-Fi and the breakfast.
Cons: Selection of English television stations.
Location: A water park next door but no restaurants.around the hotel.
The front desk staff greeted me as though I was perhaps carrying a disease. Perhaps they had a long day but a smile would have been nice. The room had a nice patio and an ocean view. Be aware that an ocean view in this case does not mean oceanfront, and a Superior Room normally has neither. The room had good Wi-Fi and was adequate in size. The breakfast included pancakes cooked as you wait and a nice variety of pastries and fresh fruit. Virtually all the restaurants are in Cesme which is a 10 minute drive away, the area around the hotel offers none.

Raddison Blu Cesme

Big and nice hotel right by the beach, but the section of the hotel we stayed at did not have an elevator so you need to carry your luggages upstairs. You will need a car to get around town though. The hotel restaurant was big and nice so you don't really need to leave the hotel if you are only staying for a day or two.
