A nice hotel with a good location in Cesme/Izmir.

Pros: Location and brekfast.
Cons: The hotel's facilities should be more rich I think.

This facility should never be listed as a five star facility. Their staffing is inadequate at all departments and seems to be staffed with inexperienced personnel. The food quality at breakfast was average. They had " quantity " of food but the quality was lacking.

Otel konum ,konfor ve calısanlar acısından cok ıyıdı. Fakat otel genelindeki halıların kesınlıkle degısmesi gerektıgını dysunuyorum. Halılar lekeler ve sıgara yanıklarıyla doluydu. Pis ve hijyenik olmayan bır his uyandırıyor. Ayrıca , sıgara içilmeyen odada vok net bir sigara kokusu vardı.

The hotel feels like a 4 star hotel. Overall the quality is mediocre. We upgraded from a superior room to one higher room because we had booked for 3 adults and the one we had booked was small. The room we upgraded to looked to the back if the hotel and had a queen room and a bunker bed, so that one is actually ideal fur a family of 4. The breakfast Buffett was quite basic for Turkey standards. It has a small beach but very large pool and area. Finally, the carpets need a stain removal. On the plus side, spacious and nice lobby, friendly and helpful staff. Still well priced for quality offered, just not quite five star.

Klimaanlagen haben nicht funktioniert. Katastrophe

Wir waren Ende April 1 Woche im Radisson Blue. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Ich habe das Problem vier mal an der Rezeption gemeldet, jedesmal gab es eine andere Ausrede warum es nicht funktioniert hat. Jetzt sind wir nach schlaflosen Nächten endlich zurück. Abends mussten wir aufgrund der Wärme unsere Balkontür öffnen, darüber haben sich unzählige Moskitos gefreut, die uns nicht schlafen liessen und uns gestochen haben. Zudem ist meine Frau schwanger. Ich empfehle aus diesen Gründen das Hotel nicht. Das am Steg tagsüber Reparaturarbeiten stattfinden, der Aussenpol nur halb voll ist und die Strandbar nicht geöffnet ist und dass der einzige Hotelkiosk gefühlt die ganze Zeit geschlossen war blieben nur harmlose Details!

Schönes Hotel für junge Paare

Das Hotel ist echt schön, jedoch ist das Frühstück nicht so abwechslungsreich. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte im Zimmer nicht. Das Personal hat uns dabei nicht geholfen, auch nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung.
