This is a very special place in a wonderful town that most people only pass through. It is a piece of history and it is obvious that the owners and staff care about it and you.

Terrible, we checked in (2 rooms, 4 people) and it was the worst experience ever in my life... The room was smelly, the shower was full of black mold, and after 20 minutes we were in, the air conditioning started to leak so much water that flooded the floor. After arguing for an hour we asked to change rooms and the new room was not better than the first one, water leaking from the air condition. I am very disappointed with Expedia. How can you offer such a hotel for so much money, you should check and evaluate your offers before proposing it to your loyal clients. I am not sure if my family can finish the stay in this hotel, maybe we will leave earlier.

There was an air conditioning problem in your first check-in room, your room was changed immediately.A lot of attention is paid to cleaning. It's not as bad as you describe. In fact, our staff cleaned it again upon your request. There is no air conditioning problem in your new room.We think that you have such an idea because of the glitch in the first room. Besides, you never mentioned all the other advantages of our hotel.. Regards

Amazing hotel in Cesme
Hotels location is amazing its in the center of Cesme 1min walk to the Cesme Marina. Staff was very helpfull and kind,breakfast was very good.Rooms were clean. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, great courtyard, fantastic breakfast. I would probably book one of the deluxe rooms next time, maybe get a massage. Wifi was unreliable in the rooms, probably as they are thick stone.

Excellent choice in Çesme
The building and its courtyard are spectacular and beautiful at the same time, as well as very well located in the city. The hosts were lovely and helpful. Music and food were also just wonderful. Our rooms were fine although small and simplistic, not for someone in need of space and amenities galore. But you do feel like you could be a guest in a long ago palace where the point was not to hand in your room but to be a part of, and enjoy, the public spaces. Which includes the space outside the palace in the city, of course! We were very happy to have spent time there.

Great location in Cesme
Fantastic location, beautiful building. The staff were great but there is no bar or service in the evening, but there was no problem bringing in a bottle of wine from a local shop.

Overall a pretty hotel in a historic building. However, it took too long to finally have a convenient room because the AC was not working properly. After insisting,we've got upgraded in a superb suite. The manager didn't care about the customer service. The young lady at the front desk solved our problem very kindly.

The place to stay in Cesme
The hotel is a superb building and reflects its historic origins well...its the sort of place that passers by walk into to view and photograph. It is located just off the seafront, but away from the busy tourist streets. The accomodation is as indicated, with even the 'standard' rooms having a luxuriant quality to them. The reception staff are excellent in all respects. It is only the breakfast/poolside staff who are disappointing - very scruffy and poor service. If the breakfast was better and the poolside service more organised, this would be a truly great hotel.

We came from a lovely trip from Bodrum to Cesme and stayed at this hotel which is centrally located next to the marina and downtown area and is very historic - which were the reasons I booked this hotel and unfortunately those were the only good points about this hotel. Rooms were smelly because there was only small window opening to courtyard and bathroom was a small enclosure within the room. We constantly had to call maintenance guy to repair lightning in bathroom - once we even waited half hour in order to take shower because the lights were not working.Rooms were small but clean. We constantly had to ask for things as they would not replace enough towels or shampoo etc. in room. probably the biggest disappointment was the service at hotel. While most staff was cordial there was one guy at reception who not only was rude but also very condescending. When on vacation I appreciate if staff is helpful and accommodating and here unfortunately they were the opposite. I enjoyed Cesme but next trip I will definitely stay someplace else.

Fantastiskt byggnad och fina rum. Bra städpersonal och serveringspersonal. Tyvärr var inte servicen från receptionen och ledningen särskilt bra. Skulle kunna bli ett fantastiskt ställe med lite TLC.

Vasatın altinda hotel
Cift kişilik bir oda icin rezervasyon yaptik fakat iki tekli yatak birlestirilmis ve asla rahat değildi.Fotograflardakine kiyasla kaldigimiz odada sadece cok ufak bir pencere vardı. Banyo cok pisti duş alamadık. Tuvaletten odaya koku geliyordu.Klima ayarlanamiyordu.Ayrica otelin otoparki da ozellestirilmis ve ucretli(günlük 200 tl) 2 gece rezervasyon yaptık fakat ikinci gece kalmadık bile kezinlikle vasatin altında

Kesinlikle tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Konumu direkt marinada ve çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü, ilgili. Odalar boyut olarak biraz ufak fakat bence bir rahatsızlık sebebi değil. Yapının tarihi dokusu sizi girdiğiniz an büyülemeye başlıyor. Herkese gönül rahatlığı ile önerebileceğim bir yer. Çalışan arkadaşlara çok teşekkür ederim.

Ciddi anlamda kötü bir otel. Odada klima arızalıydı. Sıcak su bozuktu. Sıcak su yok otelde düşünebiliyor musunuz! Odayı değiştirmediler. Klima arızalı diye tek gözü yanan bir soba verdiler. Halbuki otelin yeri ve konumu eşsiz. Ama gel gör ki işletme yerlerde. Sakın gitmeyin

Sizlere sıcak su klima arızasının gece başladıgı ve gunduz saatlerinde müdahele edilecegi söylendi . Ve defalarca özür dılendı bu konuda sizde hak verdiniz bazen oluyor diye sonra. kahvaltıda bu konu tekrar söylendi ve özur dilendi. Güzel bir kahvaltı yaptınız. Çıkarken vedalaşıldı. Yılbaşı gecesi için tercih ettik, odada klima çalışmıyor, donduk sabaha kadar, tuvalet banyo havalandırması yok odanın içi berbat bir şekilde kokuyor, küçücük yorgan verdiler, yataktan bile daha küçük, 2 kişi zor sığdık, çift kişilik yatak sürekli arası ayrılıyor, özetle çok kötü bir deneyimdi, keşke başka bir otel tercih etseydik, görünüşe aldandık sadece, temiz ve güzel gibi görünüyordu.

authentic, quiet, lovely
very nice historic but perfect working house with personal couch and eat/drink place in the patio directly infront of the quiet big room. Very friendly and helpull staff, we had a flat tyre because of a screw and they assist us in help, and after 30min it was done. All "few" interesting places in Çeşme (castle, restaurants) in short walking distance. Over all worth a stopover :-(

Konumu iyi, özellikle limana yakın olması olumlu. Diğer taraftan konakladığımız odada perde yoktu, karşı taraftaki işletmede oturanlar odamızın içini görebiliyorlardı, iki gün konaklamamıza rağmen çöplerimiz dolmasına rağmen alınmadı ve genel amaçlı temizlik için bile odaya girilmedi, çöplerimizi kendimiz attık, yüzme havuzu var gibi görünüyor ama çok kısa saat aralığı belirlendiği için neredeyse kimsenin giremeyeceği şekilde.

Purtroppo l’hotel non ha soddisfatto le aspettative come da commenti e come dalle foto pubblicate, il personale scarso e non competente, la pulizia scarsissima, arrivati in stanza coperte e copri cuscini erano sporchi e macchiati, abbiamo chiesto il cambio e ci è stato dato in mano e abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci noi, le lenzuola non sono mai state cambiate tutti i giorni erano gli stessi, l’unica cosa che veniva cambiato erano gli asciugamani altrettanto macchiati, l’aria condizionata non funzionava di notte quindi ci trovavamo nel bel mezzo della notte con 30 gradi senza aver modo di aver una finestra che guardava fuori quindi nessun modo di corrente d’aria, abbiamo chiesto di accedere l’aria condizionata ma non c’era modo perché era centralizzato quindi ci è stato dato in mano un ventilatore vecchio e sporco, le stanze sono state strutturate malissimo, non era manco attaccato il telefono, e per non parlare della colazione, misera. Non consiglierei assolutamente a nessuno questo hotel!!!!!
