Nice hotel, but could do better for the price

Overall the hotel is clean and well serviced, and good for a short business visit to this area. A couple of things let down the overall experience. The room I stayed in was noisy due to a large generator in the block behind the hotel. It seemed to operate from early in the morning, which was not a big deal for me because I was leaving early anyway but still annoying. My room lost power a few times during the stay, so you can't rely on the alarm clock in the room, and the outages also turn off the air conditioning system. While the breakfast buffet has a great selection, they only manned the omelette station one morning out of four. This didn't seem to be for lack of staff, and the egg mix and other ingredients were prepared, so just seemed like they couldn't be bothered to provide the service. Other hotel patrons were also waiting expectantly at the egg station, and also gave up looking for staff to assist.

Very Comfortable stay

Pros: The spa facilities and pool,location of the hotel. Room amenities. Amazing room service very friendly FO staff. Warm and friendly atmosphere.
Cons: Noise in the evenings.
Location: Mall, marina, restaurants and small super markets.
Stayed for one night stop over before Istanbul. I was very impressed with the hotel facilities and friendliness and sincere staff. I had time to experience the amazing pool and jacuzzi area. My room had all amenities and was comfortable for what I needed I arrived late for breakfast but had the most delicious room service breakfast I have ever had. The hotel Was close to many restaurants and had a vibrant atmosphere in the evenings. Breakfast buffet the next morning was vast and delicious. Overall this hotel exceeded my expectations. Especially the FO staff who helped me find a mall and arranged a taxi for me and the barista who gave me a sample of the delicious biscuits on show just to try. Great value for money. Thank you.

useless hotel

hotel staff is very rude. Person at the reception was terrible. He was assuming things and wanted to charge me extra. i wanted him to show me his company policy, he refused. blah.. crazy

We are sad that despite all the happy guests who have departed our hotel, this is the first review which we have recieved. Your reservation made and paid for one person. If you want to check in with a friend of yours, it is very normal to pay for the second person. This is not only our hotel policy, this is a common booking policy all around the world. If you want a proof you don't need to see our hotel policy. If you login to expedia.com, you'll be able to see that we have two rates for single and double accomodations. During the check in process, you need to give your id's. Not giving an id is illegal in Turkey. We couldn't accept your request about not giving your id and this doesn't make us rude. Amazing small town hotel

Fantastic Hotel

From the moment you enter the hotel you gain a sense of luxury. The hotel is spotless, the staff very attentive, the rooms luxuriousand with excellent facilities. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and price is exceptional for what you get
