Spacious! Food delivery is reasonable, not close to stores nearby. We didn't try the restaurant. Far from bus stops but very serene with a magnificent view of the ocean! Perfect for those interested in Izu Shaboten Zoo.

The apartment was well equipped and very spacious. Much larger than I was expecting. The hotel is a little dated but overall we had a nice stay. My family enjoyed the pool and sauna.

The Hotel is a little bit hard to find, but view is amazing (although in Jan 2019 there was another building under construction that may eventually block the ocean views). Overall Hotel was very nice, quiet and very big rooms, maybe re-purposed apartments including a small kitchen. Only issues were the furniture, windows, carpet and floors all appeared a little old and dirty, and the parking spots are very small and difficult for larger vehicles, even for Japan, but these issues didn't impact our stay much. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again!

Great Hotel!
We LOVED this place. Large living room with ocean view, 2 bedrooms (one western style, one Japanese style), and ocean view bathroom. We could cook things here and there was a laundry room. We also used the restaurant for dinner (needs a reservation but is easy). My son is very picky and asked to change some food and they were very kind to do so. Staff are police, nice, friendly, and professional. Hotel itself is not new but very comfortable. There are places you can visit nearby and you can get some coupons for those places. We would love to stay there again.

Very good hotel for family
The hotel room is spacious and I like the onsen very much. There are both tatami and bed in the room so you can choose whatever you like. Tatami in this hotel room is in a separate corner (unlike other traditional Japanese style hotel) and that is definitely clean and nice!! The only thing to criticise is it’s so hard to find the hotel from the GPS particularly at night.

We really enjoy staying in such a spacious apartment and the wonderful massage facilities! Didn’t get to try out their restaurants as it needs 2-day advance booking but it only takes 5-10min drive to get to the nearest restaurants!

Good family stay
Hotel is perfect for family travel. The rooms and facilities are well maintained. Even a little far from the train station with no restaurant near by, for people who took train they offer shuttle bus and food delivery help. Enjoyed the stay!

Amazing hotel! Probably the best one i stayed in.
To our surprise the room is huge! 2 separate rooms: 1 western and 1 japanese. Bathtub, living room, full kitchen with microwave. The best part is you have ocean view and you can see the sunrise right from the living room or bathtub! The staff is helpful, the onsen was nice, not that big, but acceptable. The area is very quiet, not many restaurants, if so they will close at 8pm. But we found 1 local izakaya, 5 minutes walk from the hotel which closes at 11pm. The owner was Really nice and the food was great as well. However this hotel (more like a family resort apartment) is not easy accessible by public transportation, i recommend to rent a car. All in all this is probably the best hotel i stayed in and good value as well.

Modern with traditional japanese flavor
Was very happy but a couple of concerns. Japanese don't know how to care well for carpet, this hotel included. So don't expect pristine carpets. Came with nice modern kitchen, but was not told we would have to rent silverware and few cooking items. That was $2000 yen extra. Overall nice room layout and great indoor/outdoor public bath (furo).

Family vacation
Nice big apartment style room with 2 beds and a tatami room. Nice sized refrigerator but no microwave. We went to a local grocery store and bought salads, fruits, sandwich ingredients, breakfast items. Great pool. Didn't get to enjoy the onsen as my husband has a tatoo and we forgot to bring bandaids to cover it up with. Lots of free parking. Will definitely be going back.

食事会場が狭いので、朝、混んでいるときはちょっと待ちます。待つところの椅子が少ないです。 飲み物とカップラーメンは自販機があったのかな？10時まではココスに注文できるそうです。 夕食なしプランで遅くにチェックインしたので事前に食べ物を持参してよかったです。 お部屋はきれいでした！

スタッフの方も皆さん親切で教育が行かな届いていると思いました。 アメニティも良く、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ諸々全て使い心地良かったです。 料理も美味しかったです。 ひとつ難点は敷き布団が1枚では薄くて体が痛くなりました。 それ以外は設備もよく、清掃も行き届いていて大満足の時間を過ごさせていただきました。
