“傳統的溫泉旅館，但房間裝飾是新，很乾淨。一進酒店要脫鞋鎖起。職員不太會英文，但有軟件幫助；很努力盡責地解釋酒店設施。房間在2樓要走樓梯的。很好的體驗。”

“館内は掃除が行き届いていて、部屋も広く、お風呂も天井が高くて開放感があり良かったです。お刺身、干物がが美味しく、他の料理も全般的に美味しかったてす。”

“We stayed in rm 106 it was awesome it had a sauna, private outdoor Onsen, with hot spring water and a wooden soaker tub. Tatoos allowed in the public Nonsense. If you get a smaller room they have 2 private Onsens that can be reserved. Traditional Japanese Breakfast was great. We will stay again.”

“とても良かったです、気持ちよくくつろげました、スタッフの方も皆さん感じよかったです。 朝ごはん美味しかった！ お風呂はDIANE、BOTANIST、＆honeyのシャンプーとトリートメントがあって、試せて良かった！(女湯のみのよう) ちなみにノーブランド？乳液、化粧水なども無料でもらえました。 うっかりメイク落としと洗顔料を忘れたので、コンビニで買ってきたのですが、ここはお風呂に洗顔フォームもありました。 一つだけ、残念だったのは、お風呂に続く階段、上り下りが多くて80超えた母がしんどそうでした。 エレベーターがあると嬉しいです。 ペット同伴でなくても楽しく過ごせました！ありがとうございます ”

“The onsen Ryoken is a famous one in Japan as the Japanese Emperors had stayed at the estate for a few times. We stayed at a room with private onsen which is excellent. The food was also great and we had a great time.”

“停車場約走100公尺，建議先到飯店下行李再去停車，住宿挺舒服就是下雨隔音較差，沒有電梯需要自行扛行李上二樓，廁所的淋浴間關不緊，洗完澡出來地板淹水，又沒有地排，花了不少時間清理地板，但有自助洗衣服務，只要花少少的錢就能洗衣服挺方便，附近沒有什麼店家可以吃飯，需要事先預訂，算是很安靜得小鎮。”

“Everything is gonna be okay, and the night shift male staff also helped me to fix the laundry machine(But actually not).Until I used another laundry machine to wash my clothes,I suggest that staff can write some awareness notes on paper to remind other travelers not to use the broken one.However, he didn’t do that, the other pitty traveler happened the same situation again like me.According to this event, I find that the front desk members don’t know if travelers’ amenities are useful or……
