The hotel is disgustingly dirty. Our room didn't look like it had been deep cleaned for a while, dirty windows, windowsills and hard water buildup on sink and bathtub.

Stayed in Diamond Tower king non smoking room. Bed was very comfortable. Slept great. Casino was fun. It was nice to be in the same building as the Casino. Shower wasnt the best but it worked well enough.

Its a little run down. However for the price, it was a screamin deal. You don't fet the fairmont for 60 bux.

This place was wonderful. Very pretty, nice staff. Our shower didn't work. Called front desk, at 10 at night, they sent someone up right away to fix it. Quick fix. Would definitely come back. I

Shower head leaks, toilet struggles to flush. Rips in the carpet, outside door doesn’t latch. Good water pressure, and we did enjoy our stay! Would stay again

Wont be staying there again! This is a senior citizens casion packed full. Smoking is allowed and it stinks like smoke so bad you have to run for the elevators because you cant breathe at all! Wont be back!

We like the room size and comfort of the overnight rooms at Cactus Petes. On car trips to AZ from our home in Washington we used to stop our first night in Twin FAlls, but it's only a littel further to Jackpot and Cactus Petes. This is now our "standard."

Very outdated furniture all chipped,dated by about 19 years,toilet was as high as a paint can,tv choice poor ,vert limited casino card games,would never stay there again.

Charged $10. Amenity fee on check in for water and coffee. No coffee in the room which was not appreciated! Two 4 is bottles if water in room. They gave a coffee and beverage counter in casino where they expect you to get your coffee in small foam cups.

Cactus Petes was full so we got stuck across the highway at the old Horseshoe casino property. There is no staff here and it seems like a ghost property. We were unaware that it has been shut down. The entrance has stairs before you get to the elevator. The room itself is dated. Few plug-ins and no fridge. Had I known the Horseshoe was closed I would have staying somewhere else

The hotel/ casino is truly the only decent thing in town they have a hotel across the street that they own, but it is not the same. Casino towers are nice It’s. not safe for women to cross the street and go to the horseshoe. The casino should have someone watching the elevators as many people up & down Partying, piling into rooms, one room for 10 people. They need more help in the Little restaurant coffee shop as they had only 2 waitress on staff and they were very slow. The busser/pre waitress was very sweet and got us our drinks very timely. Food was Very Tasty and came out fast. We had a king size bed and enjoyed our room… little dated but had nice bedding the bed was super comfy. I bought a piece of Art from the gift shop. The young lady on staff was very helpful and friendly. The young man the checked me in was very polite, helpful and speedy in getting us our keys. I would definitely go back to stay again.
