Depends on your room... but worth the low price.

Pros: The price.
Cons: I cant see them doing much more to improve it w/o driving up the price, so I'd just maintain what they have.
Location: Went for an AMS milsim event about 15 miles away. Watch the expiration date on stuff you buy from Lowes Grocery. Didn't see much in the city itself..
We stayed in room 128 a single king nonsmoking. We had friends in larger dual king rooms. All the rooms looked like they were painted a couple months ago, the carpet was good, bathroom in mine was spartan but good. Generally clean.. a couple bugs, I saw more dead than alive (which is good). Bed was pretty hard, had a noisy neighbor for a few minutes but they got quiet later. No issues with water during the shower.. The staff up front was nice. Honestly, for the price, it was worth it. It may have been a 1 star rating months ago, but this last weekend, it was at least 3. I would probably try a different motel in Jacksboro in the same price range but I'd have no problem using this one again if its all that was open. Wifi worked fine, decent cable selection.

Looks good but falls way short of expectations

Spiders in the rooms. Stray cats running the property, getting on and spraying vehicles. The a/c flow would get caught in the curtains and be blocked from heating the room. The tv was an old tube with blown speakers. The beds were rock hard. The lighting inside was poor. Weak WiFi. Ice machine and laundry facilities were broke. Outside lights lit up the room at night. Walls were paper thin and could hear regular level conversations in adjacent rooms. Check in took over 20 minutes because they couldn't find my reservation. Their English was very poor, almost unintelligible. Staff frequently left the property. They were not open at check out at 6:45. Charged my card the following day without explanation or contacting me. Still cannot get a hold of them for a reason why. Was in town for a major event. And other attendies of the event staying in the hotel had similar experiences.

The Knight's Inn was less maintained than others in this chain we've visited, and they DO charge EXTRA for pets. If we stay overnight in the area again, we'll explore a different option.

These people need a hug!!

I arrived at 7:30pm in tow and the lady acted like I was bothering her. She barley said a word. The next day I had to have my key card replaced and the girl there literally said nothing. I was surprised that even in this small town there was a too big enough to accommodate my 3 kids, wife, and I. Found out there is a beautiful bed and breakfast right above the star bucks down town. I'll stay there and pay more money. I would rate this as a fair hotel...nothing worth writing home about.
