We loved the location and price and the fact that the free shuttle to Teton Village came to our door as well as $3 City shuttle. BUT ... the mattresses were horrible, lumpy, saggy, lousy 3 nights of sleep ... or NO sleep as the case may be. My husband left with a sore back and I had sore hips. Please Please ... the mattress is the most important part of a hotel experience.

Jeannie, thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Antler Inn. We are so glad you loved our location and rates. The ski shuttle is such a huge help to our guests and we love being able to provide that service to you. We are sad to hear that you did not have a good night sleep with our mattresses. We replace our mattresses, at most, after 5 years, but we try to replace several at a time each year. Unfortunately we are not always able to meet everyone’s personal mattress needs. We hope that this has not soured your view of our property and hope that you will come back soon so that we can provide that Old West hospitality that Jackson is known for.
