Property was very clean and well kept, just an older venue. Bed was very comfortable. Walkable to town center and local transportation to other areas and ski slopes picked up right in front of motel. Great stay and would stay again.

The staff constantly harassed us both mornings starting at 8:30 am to do room service which we did not want and were not out bed yet, but we were not provided anything to show on the door that we didn’t want room service. The desk staff- for a two night stay we say about 5 different people, most were pretty standoffish. It was dangerous to walk to the front desk because it was so icey, and I couldn’t walk further out from the building where the was no ice on the ground because there was a giant sheet of snow covered ice overhanging the building that I was terrified would crash down at any moment. Only pluses were the bed was comfy and the location. Both our keys even stopped working on our full day there, and we had to go to the office to get new ones. Thank goodness we realized when the office was open

We had trouble with the water changing from hot and cold randomly, but also best stay besides that for the price.

Great low budget option for a high end area. Very accommodating staff. Property could use some upgrades, specifically door thresholds and newer windows to help keep the outside environment out. Overall satisfied with price, amenities and location.

Great place to stay in Jackson Hole for winter skiing. Dog friendly and rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. There's a free ski shuttle to Jackson Hole mountain / Teton Village, super convenient. You're 1 block away from the main square with tons of food options around and free onsite car parking. Can't wait to stay here again.

We booked a deluxe with fireplace and we were put in the a standard room. Didnt realize untill the next day and when I told them they said it was expedias fault and that was that. So we paid 65 more dollars for a room we didnt reserve and that was that. We have stayed here a few times and not sure if they have a new owner or not but man that kind of sucks for us to pay for a delux and not get it and then they didnt adjut the price. Not sure we will stay here again next year.

Hi there, Check in was at 3pm the day prior to your departure, We had plenty of fireplace rooms we would have gladly moved you to, had we realized your reservation for a Deluxe Fireplace room booked on a third-party site came in wrong. At the time of departure you stated you just wanted us to know and it wasn't a big deal. We strive to go above and beyond for our guests but we can not do that if we do not know there is a problem.Thank You

It's an older property, but very well kept up. The price was very reasonable for the location and it was close to restaurants and other amenities. I appreciated that it included both a desk and chair as well as a table and two chairs by the window. It allowed enough space for both my wife and I to work at our computers.

The hotel is situated very close to Jackson Square, the central square or main park of the town. Shops and restaurants abound around the hotel. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. There was also a breakfast bar (coffee, tea, granola bars, Danish, muffins, and fruit). The fruit was available all day. Only one drawback was that our room was on a relatively busy street, so the late night noise was more than normal for being near the downtown commercial area. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Steaming rivers and geysers in October
The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the location in West Yellowstone because the ride to old faithful was just amazing especially in the morning, when you pass several geyers and the River. In the morning hours of October the geysers and river are steaming and that is very beautiful.

Room was had extreme smell of chemicals. Discovered rug had been treated and was soaking wet throughout the room. Our socks were so wet we had to put them in a plastic bag. Couldn't sleep in room, packed up and left. They should have never rented a room in that condition. NO EXCUSE!!

Clean and fresh bathroom, carpet and room. Smell fresh in room. I like the sink is outside the bathroom. Make it easy to share the bathroom work. Had the room at upper floor. Free parking. Easy assess to Grand Teton entrance and the Jackson Hold airport. Right next to the town square but you still feel quiet and safe. Walking distance to many souvenir shops, restaurants and ice cream. A grocery store just across the street. Cleanliness and safety are most important to us. Will stay here again.
