Great Location - Rooms outdated

The Spring Creek Ranch has a great location with an awesome view. Unfortunately the rooms are pretty outdated and the hotel staff was kind of polite but not very friendly.

One night... beautiful view.

Good stay...nice wood burning fireplace ....old building but comfortable. The floors squeak so get an upper floor.

Nice but only if you get in a special deal

Very nice location but the full price they ask for is not worth it and not a resort. Everything is really out dated but if you stayed in mountain towns before you know they can charge whatever they want and still have not done any updates since 1980 and people will pay. Fairly Clean, nice location staff is great the main check in area looks way different then the out dated rooms but still not horrible I just wouldn't pay full price... your paying for location and views. I would stay again though

Very charming

We loved the location, just outside of town and the view was amazing. The only reason I did not rate the hotel at a 5 star is because they need a bit of updating. The carpet was very old and the bed wasn't comfortable. But it was clean and the staff was fantastic!

Wonderful winter wonderland!

Pros: The setting is one of the best in the Jackson Hole area. Beautiful surroundings and rustic feel.
Cons: Room furnishings were a little worn and could have had a few more pillows but did not ask for these.
Location: Always a great deal to do in the area with skiing, shopping and wonderful restaurants!
This was our 3rd visit to Spring Creek Ranch. Enjoyed the wonderful winter weather and snow here. The hot tub was a must and was amazing to be sitting in the hot tub while snowing. The staff and hospitality is wonderful along with the delicious cookies daily. The Granary offers amazing views of the valley and occasionally had a break enough to see the mountains.

Upstairs guests were extremely loud, walls must be thin because I could here there cell phones rings.

Unparalleled views, just bring your crampons!

We for sure will be going back- we had a great time! Top 2 favorites- the view and our wood burning fireplace! I truly don't think there is another place in Jackson with those views!! We tried so hard to just focus on the beauty and adventure, however, certain things made it tough. The rooms are far more rustic than I anticipated. The bathroom was something out of the early 80s and freezing! The walkway to our room was literally a sheet of ice the entire weekend. (Lawsuit waiting to happen) I am begging this place to please please maintain your buildings! This place is a true gem and it is disheartening to see everything on the verge of being run down. PLEASE don't get me wrong either- my husband and I had such a wonderful time here! It felt like we had the resort to ourselves! We would wake up to the sunrise on the Tetons, sipping our coffee in front of our fireplace *sigh*!! The outdoor hot tub was perfect for our chilly evening and we had the wonderful pleasure of dining whilst gazing at the Tetons. It is a double edged sword, I guess I can afford it now while it needs some TLC, but once those upgrades and maintenance take place, who knows how crazy expensive it will be!

We had an amazing time staying at spring creek ranch! Stunning views of the mountains, great service, and not too far from downtown Jackson. We will definitely stay here again :)
