Overall everything was very easy to navigate. Location is amazing, very central and easy to get to grand Teton national park. My partner and I had an amazing experience.

Property is being renovated but it was not disclosed until arrival. Breakfast was not available so they offer a $10 discount (to be refunded at some point in the future). Unfortunately, $10 won’t buy a cup of brewed coffee and a muffin in Jackson. People were nice and room was clean. Building is older and you can hear toilets flushing, showers running, mini refrigerator turning on and off.

We were greeted upon our arrival and every time we walked in or out. Jeremy and Sun were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. It is in the perfect location in town. The view is amazing!

Condition of the rooms is quite old and dated for the price. Walls very thin so you can hear noise from other rooms and if in the motel style building do not expect any privacy if you want to open the curtains and windows. Free breakfast and airport shuttle service is convenient.

The hot tub was under construction, as were several rooms and half the lobby. The pool was freezing and wasn’t clean. There was no information about the renovations on the listing or website. Very disappointed for the price.

Wonderful hotel, staff were all great, the included breakfast was great and time saver, the shuttles from and to the airport and to and from Teton Village was one less thing to think about. Location is great being two blocks from town square. Would happily stay there again.

Everything about the property is wonderful! I gave it 4 stars because there wasn’t a hint of a smile or welcome from the gentleman at check-in. Very nice location, though, and definitely recommend.

We loved our stay! Everything was walking distance from the hotel, staff were so nice, very clean, free cookies and breakfast! Parking on site right next to our room, and we had heated floors in our bathroom! About a 22 minute drive to Jackson hole resort! Will definitely stay here again.

This is the best experience I’ve had with a hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing, they helped us find things to do because we were there for about a week and we had no idea what to do. Amazing breakfast every morning with lovely people helping, it was a phenomenal experience. Don’t have one bad thing to say about it.

Delightful stay; loved the hot tub, the shuttle to/from airport and Jackson Hole Ski Resort; breakfast, lobby coffee and cold drinks, and fresh baked cookies in the PM. Beds were good; room spacey with suitable mini-fridge. Hotel is old but not an issue, with the exception of the bathroom vent which was connected to the only light switch and sounded like a jet engine; and the room coffee machine which did not produced coffee that was drinkable. Also an option to the bulky, hard pillows would have been nice.

Very nice rooms. Visited in February. Room was on the second floor with two flights of outside stairs to get to rooms. They were not cleaned of ice the entire stay. I was very worried of falling especially when carrying luggage. Also, I parked under the canopy as one does when checking in and was rudely told that I was in the way by the man driving the shuttle. He said I needed to pull forward. I said I was leaving as soon as I gave the receptionist my plate number. He informed me it was too late, he already parked. ? Very rude. He did not ask others to move their car after I left and they did not pull forward either. He had plenty of room around the canopy to drive and parked just fine. Weird.

Second time staying here and love this place. It’s an upscale hotel/motel with many amenities, hot tub, pool, parking, breakfast and very friendly staff! Make sure to stay two nights as they switch bacon and sausage every other morning. Meaning, bacon isn’t available every morning, which not having bacon every day can throw off your skiing balance hucking corbets!

This was a nice hotel. Our room had been renovated and the others the next floor down were being worked on. Lots of good things happening. The snow removal in the parking lot was at a minimum and it made the parking lot dangerous. Other than that, we had a great time. This hotel is a simple walk to all dining and shopping options. Recommend this hotel!

Staff at front desk was rude and did not care one bit about our situation. Asked for an hour or 2 past 11 since our flight had been delayed till late in the afternoon and they would not let us even though they definitely were not even close to full. Place is outdated and they didn't bother to tell us that the second floor was under complete construction and smelled of paint the whole 8 days we were there. Also the breakfast buffet is not much and equal to a motel 6 or something like that and they are much cheaper. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are plenty of nice hotels in the area.

Nice to have a mini kitchen. Breakfast was good. Breakfast potatoes (vegetarian; no meat additions) would have been a great companion to the eggs. The breakfast room ladies worked hard to keep everything clean and stocked. Will stay there again next time I’m in Jackson.

Everything was good. The airport shuttle (and ski shuttle) is a highlight for staying here. I was especially happy that the shuttle drivers were very safe drivers which was not so much the case in January, 2022.

Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large. We stayed on the third floor which is only one flight of stairs or you could take the elevator. We had a private sitting room with 2nd tv. Great breakfast, complimentary tea, coffee, infused water and lemonade. Yummy chocolate chip cookies. Clean hot tub. Easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops. 4 blocks from START bus service that’s free in town. Five minute walk to the Elk Refuge ticket center and shop. Overall great stay.
