Nice hotel, but lots of problems during this stay.

Check-in was smooth and I was assigned to room 108. I went down the hall to that room, my keycard worked, but there was someone else in that room. Luckily, the safety chain was on the door or I would have barged in! I went back to the desk and told the desk clerk. She was surprised and said, "I don't show anyone in that room. I'll have to check with the person who was on the desk before me." She upgraded by room to a small suite, which I didn't need, but it was nice. But the toilet in that room was so loose and wobbly I was afraid to sit on it! It clattered against the wall when I stood up. The bathroom was c lean, but the bath soap dispenser was clogged, so I couldn't get any soap to bathe with. Since the bathroom sink is OUTSIDE the bathroom, I couldn't get to the bar of soap, so I bathed with shampoo. The bed was clean and comfortable, but I could have used a small stool to get in it. There was no ice machine on the 3rd floor, so I had to go downstairs to get ice. The breakfast area is very small and the biscuits were cold. All in all, this hotel is not as nice as I remembered it when I stayed there 2 years ago.
