Great hotel with nice and friendly staff. Very clean and the happy hour can't be beat! The breakfast was great too! Will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and roomy hotel. Best breakfast ever and love all the seating areas both inside and outside. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent value

For the price, I had minimal expectations. I was very pleasantly surprised. Our room was spacious. The common areas were very attractive. The only shortcomings I experienced was that there was a slight musty smell in the room. The fitness room was nicer than many but several pieces of equipment needed maintenance. There was no refrigerator in the room. I'd stay at Cabot Inn again.

The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy especially the great room area. The only problem I have was an air condition/heating system in my room was so noisy. I could not sleep comfortably.

The front desk clerk was very friendly. Check in was very smooth. The room was a different story. There was hair in the sink. There was a dry dirty washcloth hanging on the rail over the shower. The caused me to look at the bed very closely. There was hair in the bed between the sheets at the foot of the bed. It was Friday night and the manager wasn't available. Saturday morning the front desk clerk informed me the manager wasn't available. I had to remind myself that the person at the front desk doesn't clean rooms I was offered another room, but I didn't want to take a chance. It could be worse. The free breakfast was good. I am glad I was only passing through.

Out of four day stay, had to ask for towels (none in room second night) was told come to front to get them. Two of the four lamps in room did not work, so room was dim. Small refrigerator made noise all night. They do, however have best breakfast in town.
