I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Especially considering the location. The only complaint I could even begin to have was the size of the restroom. It was entirely too small. If the door opened a different direction it would make it where you can close the door while you go.

The hotel staff handled our check in and check out properly and efficiently. The convienent location was just minutes away from the surgery center we needed. But, besides that, it all went down hill inside the hotel room. Where do I even begin to start? :( Once we walked into the room and tried to turn on lamps we quickly realized only ONE out of THREE worked! Then, we tried to turn on the TV for our 6 year old and realized there was no kid friendly channels. Not to mention that the remote wouldn't work after a few minutes so we had to manually cut the TV off. The bathtub wouldn't drain the bath water so we had to stand in cold water the next morning to take showers. There was hair from previous guests on the toilet. There was trash on the floor when we walked in (once we were able to get ONE lamp to turn on to see). Stains all over the carpet and bathroom counters and the air conditioner made an awful noise all night. I am not one to ever complain about service or amenities. I usually roll with the punches. But, I couldn't turn a blind eye to this stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are in dire need because of a family emergency. The staff are very welcoming.

The hotel overall was lovely but our room was not that great. The staff was excellent. Our AC was not cooling so we called the desk. Within a few minutes, maintenance was there to look at it. In less than 10 minutes he brought in a new cooling unit and installed it. I had expectations that a mini fridge and microwave in the room, but there was not. Another thing I did not realize, we were not given any available wifi information. Other than that, the hotel was in a good location and the overall hotel stay was acceptable.
