Hotel is conveniently located to Jackson, with good restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff are wonderful and are always friendly and go out of their way to help with anything I have needed. Breakfast is very good and there is a nice variety each day. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Great staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, close to everything.

Had a good experience on a previous stay. Less so on this occasion. Hotel never responded in >5 days to messaging through Expedia. Had to call hotel four times before getting an answer at 10pm. Despite less than 30 cars in the parking lot, would not honor request for a floor on the upper level. Tub was dirty & carpet stained. Beds are comfy. Linens are clean. Facility is relatively quiet. Staff is helpful and friendly, even if somewhat difficult to reach either prior to or during the stay.

THE ROOM WAS GREAT EXCEPT FOR THE INFESTATION OF LADYBUGS AND THE TOILET WAS BROKEN. WE HAD TO TAKE THE TOP OFF AND MANUALLY PULL TJE CHAIN TO FLUSH THE TOILET. MAINTENCE GUY NEVER CAME.
